A great vacation resort to stay at when in Florida, it has plenty of facilities, two pools with jaccuzis,Tennis courts, games room, club house with Wifi and lakes. Fully equipped condos with clean linen and towels supplied and fully equipped kitchen, washing machine & tumble dryer, Satellite TV in master bedroom and lounge, the management staff are always on hand and very helpful with any queries. Plenty of Golfing nearby, beaches only 10 minutes away with good fishing piers, numerous restaurants and diners, plenty of shopping facilities within walking distance and a large Flea Market within 5 minutes drive. Thoroughly recommend staying here, once you have been, you will want to come back again and again.

Our particular property was on the ground floor so suffered a bit from noise in the unit above.
Parking wasn't always easy and the front of the house overlooked the car park and the rear overlooked a lake and a busy main road.
One very large bedroom, dressing room and 'en suite'. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, a large wardrobe and a good set of drawers. Not a lot of space to walk around in. Across the hall is the second bathroom. There is a good fridge and washer dryer but the kitchen was a little short on implements if you were going to do a lot of self catering. There is a table and 4 chairs in the breakfast area of the kitchen.
The living area had adequate chairs, a dining room suite, TV and DVD player and access to the enclosed patio area which faced west. -

It was the perfect accommodation for me that was in Brandenton with a child who played tennis tournament (Little Mo). The most important thing was that we had a tennis court to practice.
