Great 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo within the gated community of Perico Bay Club. This wonderful condo has an open layout with a twin beds in the guest bedroom, a cozy queen in the master bedroom and a full kitchen. The rear of the condo has a great wood floor office/study that overlooks water and opens up to a deck that is quiet and relaxing. Perico Bay Club's community amenities include heated pools with hot tubs, tennis courts, fishing pier, large lap pool, and all located on Perico Island so you are just minuets to the beach.
Owners Association Requires 2 Month Minimum Stay.
