Sabal Harbour is a beautiful landscaped private community, close to Gulf beaches at Anna Maria Island. The home has 4 bedrooms (Queen/Queen/Twin/Twin) and is fully tiled throught (inc all bedrooms) . The pool and deck area are very private and fully landscaped . Ideally suited to a quiet, relaxing vacation. Guests also have use of large heated community pool, basketball courts, floodlit tennis & volleyball courts & children's play area. Electric pool heat can be requested and carries an additional $140.00 per week charge

This was a fantastic property, spacious, welcoming, clean and a very comfortable home. Situated not 5 mins away from the local supermarket and Interstate making it easy to explore the Gulf Coast. The pool having a pool fence also helped it meant our young son could play outside whilst our other son swam and we didn't need to worry about him falling in. The property was spotlessley clean, and a pleasure to stay in and we will be booking this property again in the near future.
Our overall experience with Universal Vacations was faultless, Yvonn the Sales Consultant was absoultely fantastic and spent a good 30 minutes with us telling us where to visit and what was best for us with our young children and we left his office with various maps, vouchers and his own local knowledge.
To sum it up its and absoultely fantastic property and holiday can't wait to go back. -

It was farther away from the beach than expected. House could need some touch ups in certain areas especially the twin beds and the headboards.

Our stay in Sabal Harbour was a good one. Plenty of room for our party. A few minor instances (some ants in the bathroom, water leaking near kitchen sink) but nothing too major to prevent a recommendation or us coming back. On the next to last day of our stay, we called regarding the pool, which did need a cleaning. Someone showed within 90 minutes which our children much appreciated.

We had an awesome week with very nice accommodations. The house was nice and bright, with lots of room. The pool was wonderful, just off the dining room with plenty of patio chairs. We enjoyed the table and chairs outside as well for having our coffee and lunch. The location was easy to find and close to restaurants and grocery stores. A wonderful week!!

This was our 1st time in Florida and it wont be the last! The holiday was fantastic and it was really made so by the villa.As soon as we stepped into the villa we were so impressed by the cleanliness of it-the cleaner did a really great job-everywhere and everything was spotless. It was lovely to be able to look out onto the lake and see all the birds and ducks. The pool area was great-our 2 girls loved it! We were so close to the supermarkets which was really good and the beach,Siesta Key, was about 20mins away which was definitely worth the drive-we have been to quite a few beaches abroad but this was the whitest,softest and cleanest by far!! we couldnt get over how white it was! Myakka State Park was really good to see the alligators and the tour guide was really interesting! The outlet mall at Ellenton was amazing for cheap designer clothes and perfume!-never seen prices so low! Everywhere we went we were really impressed with how polite and friendly the americans are and everywhere is so clean.We came to this area of Florida for a relaxing holiday,good weather and good beaches and we werent disappointed. The holiday more than exceeded our expectations! Already looking for next year!

We found Universal Vacations very friendly and esay to deal with. All our arrangements with them went very smoothly. The house is lovely and spacious with all necesssaries available at hand. We made great use of the barbeque! And naturally, great use was made of the private pool and patio. We were particularly happy with the fact there were 3 bathrooms as there were 8 of us staying. The only bit of a downside was the fact that the airconditioning unit was beside one of the bedrooms so was a bit noisy at night if switched on. The residental community is lovely and quiet with beautifully kept communal pool, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts. It is nearby a number of supermarkets and shops and not far from restaurants etc. An ideal location for families. Highly recommend Siesta Key beach!!

In general we liked the property - great space, if lacking a little soul
Be aware of the lack of pool heating - if the weather isn't warm don't bank on swimming!!
Would have been good to have had access to more local info in the property - where are grocery stores, etc. We could have found 50 golf courses, but struggled with getting a pint of milk! A good folder on things to do etc would have made the whole experience a little more personal too
Be prepared to drive some reasonable distances to reach beaches and entertainment
