Sabal Harbour is a beautiful landscaped, community. This is a 4 bedroom home with beautiful views across the lake from the pool deck at the rear. The home has a private heated pool. Ideally suited to a quiet, relaxing vacation. Guests have use of large heated community pool, basketball courts, floodlit tennis & volleyball courts & children's play area. Electric pool heat can be requested and carries an additional $140.00 per week charge

Easy to follow directions to pick up keys and address of property. Easy to follow directions to property. The property was lovely with great views from the pool of a lake. The area/complex was well maintained, although there were amenities just a short walk away (play park and tennis courts) we did not take advantage of them. The children were very happy with the pool at the property. We met one of the service personnel the next day who came to fix the back door lock which didn't seem to lock properly, the service was prompt, friendly and effective. We were told all about the area, the best beaches, restaurants and shops etc. Checking out was a case of shutting the door behind us - how easy is that!

This was our first trip to the us. The stay in the house was very nice. It offers all conveniances one can wish. Although we were not familiar with the american household machines we managed to run them. There are a lot of places to visit from this point with rather short diestances (Busch Gardens, Sarasota, Ana Maria Island and the other keys. The people in the vacation office were very polite and made a excellent job. Highly recomended.

The whole family enjoyed the holiday and would like to return in the future. We were 4 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of space for us all. The area is quiet and with easy access to the theme parks and large Supermarkets. The house was well equipped, clean and with two en-suites and another bathroom. The focal point for the family was the outside pool area which was clean and safe for the children.

We visited Bradenton in April 2009. We shared this house with my husband's brother and his family. There were 4 adults and 4 kids and we had plenty of space. All of us enjoyed the house as well as the heated pool. It was GREAT having a pool just outside the house, esp when the smaller kids were napping - we could still go out and swim with the older ones. This house was very kid friendly as well with plug covers, a pack n play, and tons of toys for them to play with. We didn't use the playground or pool in the neighborhood so I can't comment on that, but overall we loved this rental home for our vacation and would certainly stay here again.
