The home is located just east of I75 on SR64 The golf course is pay and play and clubs are available for hire. Coquina Beach is 30 minutes and Ellenton Outlet Mall is a ten minute drive Electric pool heat can be requested and carries an additional $140.00 per week charge

We spent 9 days in our rental unit. It was a lovely home in a great area of Bradenton - close to things yet in a quiet neighborhood. This is our 4th time renting from Universal Vacations and each time has been a very pleasant experience. The addition of the app is a wonderful new feature and was very helpful. Our property was clean and modern and well stocked with the things we needed/wanted. We tell all our friends about our great experiences with Universal. Will definitely use Universal again and will probably rent this same property again too!

We had a great stay at Greenfield Plantation. We spent most of our time in anna Maria Island which is a 30 minute drive away. Our evenings were spent mostly at Lakewood Ranch which has lots of great restaurants.

The house was spacious including all mod cons & definitely well maintained. The pool, although a little on the small side, was well utilised during our stay. Although the house was situated in a very nice area & fairly close to some shops, we felt that it would have been better if we had been located in Sarasota as we did seem to spend a lot of time driving up & down the highway; however we did have a very enjoyable week.

I liked the fact that this property was immaculate when we arrived. For most, the location is less than ideal (far from beaches); for the four of us, it was perfect. We spent the week traveling south, north, and northeast to baseball games. and the location of the house, near the I-75 and I-275 split was ideal.
Nice pool; it doesn't need to be heated in March. The kitchen is more than adequate, but the pots and pans were flimsy at best, and the lack of a proper pasta pot was a sore point. -

We arrived at Bradenton just before 12noon to find the office locked and no envelope in the box for the accomadation which had been booked via Virgin Holidays. We later found out that we should have been told by the Virgin Reps in Orlando that, occupancy was after 4pm ! So this is not the fault of Universal Vacations but the tour operators.
The house exceeded our expectations and was equiped with everything that was required to make our stay thoroughly enjoyable. Our party consisted of my Son, Daughter & Son in Law who fell in love with the place ! Its location could not have been better with all of the shops & outlets within easy access, the beaches where a 30 minute drive away.
We did feel at home because the crockery was "Denby Pottery" which is made in our home town in Derbyshire England and the house was owned by a English couple who live in the next county.
When we contacted the office re a couple of faulty items they where fixed very promtley.
Only one point and it is minor the cleaner could be a little bit more thorough in getting rid of the Spiders Webs in the corners of the rooms and the dust under the settee's.
Overall we have no complaints just praise. -

very nice home altough beds should be bigger as it is america also there shoulh of been more tvs in each room and maybe a cd system overall a great place to stay would reccomend to anyone
