The first $120 per month (or pro rata) of gas/electricity combined is included in the rental price. There is an exit Cleaning fee (amount varies depending on condition property left in - we recharge actual cost). Seasonal and annual rentals are available.
Normal weekly rate is $1,250. Two week rentals are discounted to $2,000. All rates are plus applicable sales and tourist tax (11.5% combined).
Discounts available for some 3 month rentals e.g. Sep.- Nov, Oct. - Dec.

The above is correct. Sarasota, one of the top 10 most affluent cities is just across the border from Bradenton. This villa is closer to downtown Sarasota and the beaches than it is to Bradenton downtown and its beaches. This gated community and its villas are therefore extremely well appointed. It is easily accessible from Orlando, Tampa and Sarasota/Bradenton airports. The owners are most interested in ensuring that visitors have a stress free stay, even down to providing regular updates on Sarasota events and dining opportunities.

As very fortunate people able to now afford to holiday regularly and therefore experienced in rentals around the world, we simply cannot recommend this home and owners highly enough. From the very start of the booking process to the extremely prompt return of deposit ( 3 days after return including a Bank Holiday!) the whole experience was a dream. The house and its location are just stunning and the description of the home is totally accurate and does not really even do the home justice. The kitchen is very well equipped ( even for a fussy chef husband!) and nothing has been skimped on or forgotten anywhere. High quality furnishings, towels etc etc. There are even two lovely bikes to enable you to tour the beautiful parkland setting. Exceptional customer service provided throughout from the owners Joyce & Trevor In short, very very highly recommended and we will return as soon as we are able.

This place was pure luxury..The setting is spectacular and the home is spacious and comfortable. The owner/manager has thought of everything and is so organized from the beginning of the arrangements to the very end. She has thought of everything to make your stay a wonderful one. Everything you need for a day at the beach to a day of golf is available. The two bikes were wonderful for exploring the area and daily exercise. The kitchen has everything you would want and the grill was a great feature. Internet access and a printer for boarding passes...We felt we were home. We had a great week and it was a wonderful place to stay...we would do it again.

What a wonderful opportunity it was to stay in this beautiful home in University Park Country Club! The owner genuinely went out of her way to make sure I had all of the necessary information for my trip, along with weekly emails prior to my stay, regarding restaurant deals and places of interest. When we arrived at the home, it was more incredible than we imagined. And talk about stocked and full of all the amenities you could imagine! From the golf clubs and bicycles to the games, sunscreen, and kitchen gadgets - we had everything we could have needed or wanted. Spending our mornings on the lanai by the pool was quite the way to start each day. We hardly left the neighborhood and took advantage of golfing at the club course and walking/biking to sight-see the other amazing homes. Shopping, dining and entertainment were all very handy. We truly enjoyed being able to just relax at the house and enjoy the amazing weather (yes - in late July!) The local connections the owner had for us also went above and beyond (i.e. Printing out our boarding passes, dropping off maps, etc.) It was an awesome vacation! We truly hope to be able to take advantage of this home in Paradise again someday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay in Sarasota and were particularly impressed with our villa. The house was fantastic and Joyce (the owner) was a pleasure to deal with, even phoning us to make sure everything was just perfect! Renting this villa was made so easy for us and we would have no hesitation in recommending it to others. University Park is a beautiful gated community which has a very upmarket feel to it as well as a fine golf course. We would be delighted to return here again in the future.

My husband and I and 2 other couples stayed here for a week...really comfortable, clean home. Excellent friendly communication with the owner who made it easy for us to get the key etc on our arrival from australia. Beautiful surroundings...would stay there again.

December 2010 became one of the coldest Decembers in Florida ever. However we enjoyed our one month holiday in Sarasota thanks also to house we stayed in. This cozy place was so friendly that we felt like at home from the very beginning. Meticulously equipped with whatever you would need during your stay, spacious, lacking the florid style (so often visible in Florida homes). University Park is an ideal place for golfing, hiking, running and living - green, clean and safe. A perfect vacation home needs a perfect landlord. Thank you very much, Joyce, for all the hints&tips; and kind care during our stay.

From the moment we contacted the owners, we knew we had "lucked out" finding this house. It's in a beautiful condition in a lovely part of Sarasota and we felt really at home from the moment we walked through the front door. the owners were always on hand to help with any queries we had - all in all cannot recommend this property highly enough! Its just a pity it is already booked in February 2011 otherwise we would have been back for more!

Having vacationed in many part of Florida, this was our first time in Sarasota, and also our first time renting a Villa. We never want to stay in hotel again.
The Villa is decorated beautiful with all the ammenities of home, and then some. We loved the open concept and high ceiling, which are very similar to our own home.
We used the barbaque often, and spent alot of time eating outside and just sitting around the pool. Our kids loved the pool and used it almost daily.
Joyce Millar was a wonderful lady to rent from, she gave us lots of information about what to see and do in Sarasota. She was very attentive even when she was miles away.

We spent one month in this villa. We enjoyed absolutely everything! University Park is a wonderful place to stay, whether you play golf or not. The villa is located in a quiet environment, is nicely decorated, has all the equipment and functionnalities you may think of; and the view over the lake is gorgeous particularly at sunset. On top of that,we met wonderful neighbors! We were keen to rent on other occasions but the villa was not available and now we bought our own villa in University Park. We highly recommend this villa.
