Swan Lake - Executive Luxury - Pool and Beach !

This beautiful three (3) bedroom, two (2) bathroom resort condo is located in the quiet neighborhood of The Lakes located in North West Bradenton - less than 5 minutes from the white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island. We call it "Swan Lake" due to several large white swans that live on the Lake, accompanied by blue herons, storks, flamingos, and a number of other native birds. It is an open living style design with extensive views of the Lake surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. There are numerous ceiling fans throughout the home which has a new heating and AC system. The vacation home is centrally located with over a 100 restaurants wi...thin 10 minutes from the house. There are several large grocery stores, a movie theatre, a bowling alley, put put course, shopping, fishing, local entertainment, fitness centers, golf courses, tennis courts, and more easily available to you.

We have a reserved covered carport area which is just 40 feet from the front door of the vacation home. As you enter the home, the Kitchen is on the left which has a large pantry next to a breakfast nook area. The Kitchen has stainless steel appliances - stove, frig, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, etc. There is plenty of counter space, beautiful accented lighting, and it is fully outfitted for everything you would possibly need. Across from the Kitchen is the Dining Room with seating for 6 guests. Next to the Dining Room is another seating area with two large leather chairs. The Living Room has two full couches and a large easy chair with views of the Lake. The leather couch has a Queen pull-out sleeper sofa bed for additional guests - if needed. There is a 55" TV which also has Netflix for downloading movies and TV shows. In addition to all this entertainment space is the "bistro area" which is another table set-up for 4 guests for dining, entertaining, playing games, etc. with a direct view of the Lake.

The Master Bedroom has a King Bed with a fabulous view of the Lake via sliding glass doors that open out onto a covered / screened in patio area. There is a 37" TV plus a stereo system, alarm clock, etc. with plenty of dresser and closet space. It also has a private Bathroom with a separate sink area, set apart from the shower and toilet area that are in their own room. The Master Closet is quite large and contains linens for the Full Murphy Bed and the Queen Sofa Bed. There is also a safe for you to keep valuables.

The Guest Bedroom is on the other end of the home located at the end of a hallway that contains the Laundry Room with a full-size washer and dryer. The Guest Bathroom is also located just off the hallway with a full tub and shower set-up. The Guest Bedroom has a King Bed with a large window looking out the West side of the home. There is a 32" TV plus a stereo system, alarm clock, etc. with plenty of dresser and closet space. There is also a Linen Closet located at the end of the Hallway. The third Bedroom doubles as the Den / Office area and it has a Full size Murphy Bed. There is a computer, printer / fax / copier, phone system (with "free" local and long distance calling - no out of country), with high speed Internet access, and wireless Internet access provided. There are also a number of books for the pool or beach located in the Library and we have a number of board games, cards, etc. for additional entertainment.

There are two patio areas that face the Lake. The covered / screened in patio has two beautiful chairs that are ergonomically designed. We have a large storage area located at the end of the patio that contains coolers for the pool or the beach, fishing equipment, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. Outside the screened patio is another open-air deck that has additional seating along with a large propane BBQ. We also keep a spare propane tank in the storage area as well. We have landscape lighting that dresses up the deck area and is also around the front entrance to the home. It is simply beautiful at night !

Located roughly 100 yards from the vacation home is the heated swimming pool. There is a beautiful Club House with numerous facilities for your use. We have a tennis court located next to the pool / deck area, which has a number of lounge chairs for sun bathing. There is also a covered outside area with additional tables and chairs, another BBQ set-up, and a small bar area. The bathrooms are located inside the Club House and there is a Kitchen facility as well.

Additional Location Information

Located on 75th Street West just off the Island between Manatee Avenue (SR 64) and Cortez Road. It is easy to get to from either main road and is less than 5 minutes to be on the Beaches of Anna Maria Island.

  This is the first time we chose to stay in a private home versus an extended stay in a hotel, and what a great decision. Upon our arrival, the welcome to the unit was unexpected and a great touch! And a welcome basket too! This made us feel at home.
  
  It had everything we needed +++ and exceeded our expectations. The space itself and the furnishings were beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The outdoor space was a huge plus for my family and we loved seeing the swans and cranes on the lake so close by outside. The pool was a welcome treat at the end day, even after the beach! We will be telling all of our friends about this place without a doubt.
