Lakeside Cottage - Jacuzzi, Game Room (sleeps 4-6)

This vacation home is beautiful, located on a private Lake. It has two (2) bedrooms, one(1) bathrooms, a Queen pull-out sofa bed and a large Game Room. It is less than 10 minutes from the Anna Maria Island beaches on the Gulf-of-Mexico. We have a large outdoor Jacuzzi, with a huge yard overlooking the Lake - surrounded by tropical landscaping. We also provide cable TV in all of the Bedrooms, stereos iPad ready, a Netflix box for downloading TV shows and movies, a printer, high-speed Internet, wireless Internet, free local and long distance phone service (US and Canada). We have a fully outfitted Kitchen, Beach Chairs, coolers, Beach umbrell...a, BBQ grill, propane, tiki torches, torch oil, and much more ! Basically, just let us know if you need anything and we will get it for you !

As you enter the house, you come into the Game Room / Laundry Room area. We have a full size washer and dryer in a separate room located just off the left when entering the home. This is also where all of the cleaning supplies are located, an iron and ironing board, etc. The Game Room has a Pool Table, an Air Hockey table, a Foosball table, electronic darts, board games, etc. The entire house has Air Conditioning and Central Heat. This area leads to the kitchen in the center part of the house.

The Kitchen is very comfortable, with new appliances and is stocked with everything you would need. The Dining Room is part of the Kitchen with a view of the side Patio area. The Dining Room table can seat 6 guests. We also have ceiling fans thru out the house, with under cabinet lighting in the Kitchen. The Living Room which is quite large, includes a leather couch and Loveseat, plus a 50" TV and a stereo system. There is also a Queen pull-out sofa bed as well, to accommodate extra guests. At the rear of the Living Room is an enclosed porch area that overlooks the Lake. It has lighting, a stereo system, ceiling fan, plenty of windows with screens, etc. It is a great place to relax and take in the outdoors!

The Master Bedroom has a Queen size Bed plus a private bathroom and includes a set of French Doors that opens onto a wood deck area facing the Lake. The Guest Bedroom has a Queen size bed and is located next to the Guest Bathroom. The Office area is also located in the Guest Bedroom and has a printer and we provide local and long distance service (USA and Canada), an answering machine, and several portable phones in the house. Please note that we also have a state-of-the-art security system as well. Each Bedroom has a 32" TV, a stereo system, an alarm clock, ceiling fans, night stands, dressers, and plenty of closet space. The vacation home can sleep 4 to 6 guests.

Located in the rear of the house is plenty of lounge chairs, a large patio / dining table and umbrella, a BBQ grill area, tiki torches, and a large Jacuzzi. We have beach chairs, beach umbrella, an extra propane tank, etc.

The home is less than a 10 minute drive to be on the beaches on Anna Maria Island. It is also centrally located and there are over a 100 restaurants within 10 minutes of the house. There are several large grocery stores, a movie theater, a bowling alley, put put course, shopping, fishing, local entertainment, fitness centers, golf course, tennis courts, and more easily available to you.

Note: due to normal wear and tear on the property and amenities, certain items may be in repair or under maintenance at any given point in time. We always do our best to make sure everything is in operating condition..

Additional Fees: lodging is taxed at 11.5% for state & resort taxes and there is a $100 cleaning fee.

  We stayed in the Lakeside Cottage for a month this year. Really enjoyed being on the lake and the cottage is so cute and comfortable. It's in a good location with shopping close by and also the airport is convenient too. Jack & Nancy are the best hosts ever! They were close by so they took care of whatever we needed promptly. We would stay here again. Our dog loved the yard and had plenty of squirrels to chase.
