Little Palms Villa is a well appointed 3 bedroom home situated in the peaceful upmarket community of Sabal Harbour. The villa is decorated in a pleasant Caribbean style with new comfortable furnishings throughout. The entrance leads into a dining room with a stereo music system and seating for 6 at the table. The Kitchen is fully equipped and has been recently upgraded with new appliances, 'Corian' counter-tops and has a table seating four and a Breakfast Bar with tall Wicker stools.

Sabal Harbour is located just 5 minutes drive from Interstate 75 and 20 minutes from the finest beaches in Florida. Little Palms Villa is close to numerous restaurants, shopping outlets, cinemas and activities.
Sarasota can be reached in 25 minutes, the Barrier Islands of Siesta Key, Anna Maria Island and Longboat Key are even closer and have fantastic beaches, eating establishments and interesting shopping venues. They are likened to Key West by some and the sunsets are unforgettable.
Siesta Key is our favourite and has a lively town full of beach type bars, restaurants and shops and beaches with sugar white sand and safe bathing in the calm waters of the Gulf of Mexico.
Ellenton Mall is ten minutes from the villa, one of the largest in Florida and is set around a street system instead of the usual enclosed type.
Busch Gardens is a 45 minute drive from the home and the Orlando attractions are 1.5 hours away. Many guests have enjoyed days out a Disney from our villa.

We stayed for three weeks in Pauline and Howard's home.Very clean and cozy, has everything you need for a perfect stay.We reserved our stay with them directly and had therefore a more personal contact rather then dealing with property management.Location is about 20 minutes from downtown Sarasota. 5 minutes away from the house there is everything you need...from grocery store to restaurants and gas station.Key code and garage opener has to be picked up and dropped off at property management's office (15 minutes away).They are not the friendliest people we encountered on this vacation...but then it is not Pauline and Howard's fault.

Thank you for your review and the lovely email you sent to us. We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay at the villa. We are though saddened that you did not find your dealings with our management company were not perfect as we have had many years of positive comments about them, it may be a new staff member at fault. I will pass on your comments to them.
The visit to the offices to check in saves the need for us to take a security deposit from guests in advance of a stay, but I do understand your point.
We are glad that everything else was to your liking and really enjoyed dealing with you.

Truth to be told, it was very hard to decide a vacation home searching through the hundreds of possibilities. If you are experiencing the same and find this one - stop searching anymore! You found the perfect location.
Contact with the owners was estabilshed immediately and we had a very pleasant talk on the phone getting all the details of the villa and having all our questions immediately answered.
The booking arrangements itself were easy enough. All the necessary information for the stay was provided up front - once in the villa even more information was available.
The villa itself is conveniently located to airport, shopping of all sorts and the beaches. The nice and safe neighborhood made us feel at home immediately - the same was true for the villa itself.
It is nicely maintained and furnished with everything needed for a perfect vacation (and much more).

It was such a pleasure to stay in Little Palms Villa. The process of booking your villa was very smooth. The home was immaculate when we checked in. We loved using a combination lock rather than a "key" to enter the villa. The kitchen was well stocked with every imaginable gadget. The Bose surround sound added a nice touch when we were "chilling" in front of the TV. It pains me to say this, but the bed in the master bedroom is more comfortable than our own! Sabal Harbor was perfect for our vacation, only 15 minutes from the beach, shopping and great restaurants. Thank you for making our vacation a great one. Debi from atlanta.

We booked your villa for our honeymoon and it was our first time in Florida so did not know what to expect.
You gave us great information to get us there safely and we were not disappointed. We arrived at the villa to find a very comfortable, attractive and spacious home waiting for us. The living room looks onto the outside pool area with table, chairs and loungers which are perfect for looking at the lake ahead. We spent hours watching the lake and its visitors, usually Egrets and Herons searching for fish and Turtles with their young.
Every convenience has been thought of, from the well appointed kitchen to the useful information folder and brochures. The nearby shops and supermarkets were very good and the whole area made us want to come back and explore further.

Hi Howard and Pauline,
Just wanted to say thanks for letting us stay in your lovely Florida home. As returning guests we were pleased to see that the villa was even better than we remembered. It is very spacious and comfortable, spotlessly clean and well maintained, and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The tv and bose sound system are great and we particularly loved the pool and outside dining area. It's a lovely place to sit with a coffee in the morning, or a glass (or two) of wine in the evening - just watching the wildlife around the lake.
We thought the villa was an ideal base from which to explore the Gulf Coast beaches and surrounding areas. We particularly loved anna Maria Island. Watching dolphins from the beach at Bean Point will be one of my happiest memories and we can recommend 'Feeling Swell' for the best burger on the island.
We had a fantastic holiday. We can't wait to go back and we will definitely choose Little Palms Villa for our next visit.

You must know the area very well by now as I remember that you and Steve like to visit a wide range of places when you stay. It looks as if you were very impressed with your exploration of Anna Maria Island.
