I just wanted to thank Lee and Stephanie Harris for allowing me and my family to stay in their very clean and well kept condo. This was a much needed mini vacation for my family and we enjoyed every minute of it in your condo. The pool was wonderful and the kids enjoyed it very much. My sister, brother and our spouses met from 3 states and stayed at your location. Was a little nervous about picking a place simply off the internet, but was so happy with what we found!!! It was beautiful!! 3 large bedrooms, nice view...good pool..good location...if we make it back to Branson we would book it again!!!

We received excellent service from Lee & Steph Harris. They communicated the procedure about the condo very well and everything worked out perfectly. The Condo was clean and was in good condition. We like the location and thought it was a good value. The only reason I didn't give it all five stars was because it is on the upper level so there are steps to negotiate.

Well, if we weren't so old we might have done cartwheels. Six of us girl cousins get together once a year & we stayed at Meadow Brook last May (2011). It was great - each pair had a bedroom & bath; lovely facility, good location - thorougly enjoyed it. Only suggestion was to add a couple folding chair to accomodate 6 persons more readily. We'd probably request again, but some of us have problems with stairs now.

spent a week in Branson in July 2010 and had the opporunity to stay in this condo at Meadow Brook. The condo was a 3-br, 3-bath unit that was nicely appointed. We had 3-couples vacationing together and found the unit very comfortable. We spent time seeing a few shows and doing some other activites and thought the owners were most helpful with recommendations. We cooked several meals in the condo and found everything we needed. I would recommend this property to others.

This condo had a perfect location for our vacation. When we walked in the first day were knew we had chosen the right place. It had everything we needed and I mean everything. We loved how it was decorated so lovely and all the bedrooms were fit for kings and queens. The balcony was a great way to start the day and end an evening with a relaxing view. I would stay there again and highly recommend it to anyone.

We had three couples that stayed here. We were all in awe at how nice, clean and perfect setting it was for all of us. I was the one responsible for renting the condo and I was told numerous times what a good job I did. The location was perfect. The area was quiet which made for perfect night sleeping on comfortable beds. Would certainly return to this condo and highly recommend it to everyone.

My family and I enjoyed staying in your lovely condo. It was roomy, clean, and well equipped with all the essentials. It was conveniently located near all the Branson attractions and your route to Silver Dollar City was so much better than going 76. The game room, play area and pools were so handy, located right across the street. We can easily recommend your condo as a great place to stay and look forward to returning, maybe next year. The Harris' condo is the perfect place for gathering with a group of friends. We had three couples all converge on Branson and the layout and amenities were wonderful. We couldn't have asked for a better weekend or a better place to stay!

We really enjoy our stay at Lee & Stephanie's condo in Branson. The 3 bedroom/3 bathroom was perfect for us and the other 2 couples that stay with us. We were so pleased with how clean and comfortable it was. The kitchen was well equiped too. You can look around but you won't find anything that is any better for your money. Can't wait until we come back to Branson and stay at Meadow Brook Resort.

We rented this condo in November. It proved to be a perfect place for our family to stay while we were in Branson. The condo was spacious and extremely clean. The kitchen was very well stocked with every thing a person might want. It even had a coffee grinder. The grandchildren enjoyed the theme bedrooms. The location is excellent. It truly felt like home away from home. I would recommend this condo to anyone that wants to rent a three bedroom condo in Branson.

This was a great vacation for us, and we enjoyed the condo very much. We did contact the owner regarding a broken icemaker and wasps nesting on the screened in porch, and no one ever came to resolve those issues. We also have had no follow up on our experience before now, which is 8 months after our stay.This did surprise me, as my communication with the owner had been frequent, fun and informative up to our stay.
Overall, we would recommend this unit, it was clean and comfortable. The resort was awesome and so very kid friendly with pools, playgrounds, activities. It is convenient to the Branson attractions, yet removed from the hustle-bustle.Response from Lee and Stephanie Harris - 03/18/2010

I am sorry the icemaker broke during the guest's visit; we did speak with them about it, and the male I spoke with stated don't worry; they had plenty of bagged ice. I did request the maintenance man to go there and remove the wasp nest from the porch area (we've never had that problem before or after), and to see if he could fix the icemaker. I didn't realize until after, that he didn't arrive while they were there. A new icemaker needed to be ordered and installed, which was done after those guests left. I apologize for any inconvenience.

to 93! the condo was just as stephanie had described--it was beautiful,
comfortable and well maintained. we have no complaints and would stay there
again. we appreciated dealing with stephanie--with email and telephone--
she gave us lots of helpful info. branson is beautiful and fun for all ages. -

Our stay at Meadow Brook was wonderful! The condo was spacious, convenient, and affordable. The screened-in porch offered a great view and a wonderful place to eat our meals. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. The on-site pool was nearby and we really enjoyed being able to, either cook in the condo or grill outside. Stephanie was very easy to work with. I would definitely recommend staying here.
