Description

This condo has been updated with a new rocker recliner, a nice comfortable couch and a large flat screen smart TV with surround sound.

The kitchen is fully stocked and has plenty of dishes and utensils to cook up a big meal for that family gathering.

There is a full size washer/dryer in the laundry room off the kitchen.

There is a Charcoal BBQ Grill under the front steps.

The master bedroom has a King size bed, flat screen TV with cable, and a large bathroom adjoining the bedroom. The bathroom has a jetted tub/shower, and his and her sinks.

You can walk out on the deck from the bedroom or living room.

The guest bedroom has a new Queen size bed as of Dec 5, 2020, and a flat screen TV with cable.

Located in the gated community of Pointe Royale, just 3 miles from the Strip, and 1.5 miles from Moonshine Beach at Table Rock Lake. The Playground and the Doggie Park are next to Lake Taneycomo, which is about a third of a mile from the condo.

This condo is located in the building just before you reach the Clubhouse, so you can easily walk to the swimming pools and other amenities. The Pointe Royale Clubhouse a Banquet Room Bar/Grill, Golf, Golf Pro Shop, Indoor/Outdoor Pools, Hot Tub, Tennis, Fitness Center, Fishing/Boat Ramp, Playground, 2 Dog Parks. The Clubhouse is furnished with fine tables and chairs and offers a comfortable and elegant setting for smaller meetings, banquets, and reunions.

2 dogs are allowed. Please make sure you have your dogs vaccination records with you. Your dogs must be on a leash at all times when outside the property.
Please clean up after your dog and discard feces in trash.
No smoking in condo. You can smoke on the back deck with the door and window closed so it doesn't blow in or you will be charged if condo needs disinfecting and extensive deodorizing due to smoke.
Please dispose of cigarette butts.
