If you want to spend time in and around Branson,this is the best location possible. It is far enough away that you feel like you're in the countryside,but close enough to get to any show within a few minutes,and so close after the show,to come back late. What a wonderful stay we had! Everything we could possibly need was at our fingertips here. A full dining area, kitchen and plenty of space to stretch out and relax. A more than adequate bathroom and everything was clean, tidy and in its place when we arrived. The unit itself is very nicely decorated but not too over the top. Jim was a real pleasure to work with and book through. We will always look to him first in the future for our next vacation!

The rooms here are remarkable...all of the things you have at home or wish you had! From flat screen TVs and new appliances to a fancy bathroom. We could stand to live here over our own home!! On top of all that, the free advice and information provided about surrounding attractions and activities was superb and more than enough to keep up busy all weekend...which we could afford to do because of the this great deal we got booking with Jim! Thanks much Jim...we will be in contact again soon!

Fall Creek resort definitely has a repeat visitor in me! We had so much fun with just the activites on site we didn't even make it off the property until the 3rd day of our stay! The rooms were well cleaned and prepared for our stay with plenty of space. Newer Tv's and full size appliances were a very welcome addition and something we are not used to seeing in a resort. This place does a great job of making you want to stay around even longer :)

First off I reserved a one bedroom condo. Was told that it would be a studio. (Which would still sleep 4 people comfortably) Well, we walked in the room and there was a queen size bed. No sofa sleeper. Had to go buy air mattresses for the boys. The queen bed was very uncomfortable. When ever someone would move on the bed the whole bed shook and woke the other person. The carpet was nasty. And the room had a musty smell to it. Can't say much else about the room because that is all there was. The bathroom served its purpose. As far as the property went, this is a timeshare resort (Diamond Resorts) so they hit you up when you check in to do a tour of the property. He was very pushy. When we checked out my husband talked to the manager about the property and told him that he wouldn't buy a timeshare from them if he were in the market. They do not keep the outside appearances up very well at all. Not very enticing, as this is what you see when you first arrive. The pool had water spiders in it. Kinda creepy. Needless to say, we will not stay at this location on our next trip to Branson.

We contacted Jim about a month before our planned vacation for a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo which would sleep 6. He said he had one available and we proceeded to book over the phone. We were suppose to stay from July 27 to July 31. Jim charged the full amount to my credit card and I had not received confirmation. He told me that I would receive confirmation immediately. I had to keep asking. After several email attempts, Jim emailed back saying that his wife had booked us in a loft that wasn't big enough for my family. It took about two weeks to get this response. He said that he would refund me 100%. I waited two weeks for the refund and never saw it. I finally had to contact the credit card company to dispute the charge. I would never recommend working with Jim Gioiosa.

We shared a unit with another couple and we all had more than enough room with the two bedrooms as well as privacy when we needed it. The condo was very well kept and clean when we arrived. It was also really nice having a ceiling fan in the room. I like to have moving air when I sleep and so many resorts and condos do not have them in the rooms. We didnt spend a lot of time in the room but we enjoyed having the option of the indoor and outdoor pool as well as all landscaping around the resort. If you are ok with getting a little wet, make sure you take a ride on the ducks, they are a lot of fun
