The Legacy is nestled among the hills of our 450 acre Triple-G Ranch. It's peaceful and quiet here, yet The Legacy is located only twelve minutes north of Branson and thirty minutes south of Springfield. We are ideally situated for quick and easy access to Silver Dollar City, Shepherd of the Hills, and Table Rock Lake via the new Ozark Mountain High Road (bypassing congested highway 76). Closer still, are Branson Hills with the new Payne Stewart golf course, Branson Landing, music shows, and outlet malls; a relaxing twelve minute drive south on highway 65.
The Triple-G Ranch is a family-owned working cattle ranch. The property features panoramic views, secluded meadows, broad pastures, and expansive hardwood forests. Wildlife is plentiful with numerous wild turkey and whitetail deer and recent bear sightings. Meandering through the middle of the ranch you will find beautiful Bull Creek known as the clearest creek in Missouri. Not merely a trickle, Bull Creek flows year-round accommodating canoeing and boasting trout in the Spring. Explorers will delight in discovering scenic cliff overlooks and little hidden waterfalls. The historic Harrison to Springfield stagecoach road also passes through the property. Still standing is one of the homesteads that flourished on this land many years ago.

Our family of 25 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Legacy! It was wonderful to be in the country to enjoy the peace, the ranch, the creek, the horses, the scenery and even the dogs. The house was fabulous; beautifully appointed and very comfortable. We loved the hot tub, the pool, air hockey & fooseball tables, the spacious kitchens, etc. The grandkids were never, ever bored. we had a wonderful time and would love to come back. Thank you for sharing this gorgeous property!

Our family of 30 stayed at The Legacy for a family wedding. We had a blast. The house was very roomy for that many people. Although kids grabbed couches and air mattresses, it was till big enough. The family is very nice and the area has many things to do. We highly recommend this property.

Thank you for a wonderful review. Yes, with 6000 square feet of space, the Legacy is perfect for a large group. Although there are 7 bedrooms and other sleeping accommodations there is plenty of space for gathering, playing pool, playing board games, etc. Enough room to gather and enough room to scatter when you just need some quiet time!

Our extended family of 21, including babies and toddlers, spent a week at this wonderful property. Many places offer a lot of beds, but not many offer room to spread out. We were able to spend time together without tripping over each other and driving each other crazy! The game tables and arcade machine were a huge hit with all the kids, from 3-76, and I can't begin to emphasize the convenience of having access to a laundry room with such a varied group.
This place is a definite must for a large group!
Btw, I don't know what kind of mattresses are on the upstairs beds, but I swear I thought I would drown I sunk so far into my bed! But, unlike my "firm" mattress at home...no back pain!! It may be magic :)Response from Marie Powers - 08/02/2012

Thank you for a great review. Although the Legacy has 7 bedrooms and other sleeping accommodations there is plenty of open space for competitive games such as chess or cards, or pool, or foosball or air hockey or the arcade game. With two kitchens, two living rooms, and two laundry rooms, it is perfect for a large family. Our mattresses are Posturepedic mattresses. So glad they were so soothing to your back.

Our family of 18 members celebrated the 50th anniversary of their parents in a fantastic way by staying at the Legacy. We spent only three nights and four days, but would come again in a heartbeat. Everyone had great sleeping accommodations in beautifully decorated rooms and the cooking facilities were great. The three sons and their wives took turns at making meals and it was great to eat together in this manner. The pool table was in business every waking hour. Grandchildren from 5 to 24 were kept active in so many ways. Going into Branson for four outings added to the splendor. Wonderful memories were captured on film that we will enjoy forever. The house is just a fun get-away. Thanks for sharing your home.

Our Branson Retreat
This long weekend in March of 2011 was intended to be a little get away from everything and a cure for cabin fever. The weather was perfect the week before, warm, sunny, and with the taste of early Spring. When we got to the beautiful ranch, we were set to explore and relax with all of our friends and relatives that could make the time to be part of our adventure.
Well the weather changed as we arrived, cloudy, rainy, very cold and no chance of any improvements before we had to leave. No matter, we are a hardy bunch of God fearing people that have relatives that made this country special. We started with stories and gossip about why we were all here and Walter got the bar-b-que going outside in the rain and cooked everything from chicken to corn on the big gas grill. We ate and drank until we couldn't consume any more.
Then we watched movies, played pool, cards, and other games until we heard the big hot tub call us out on the porch for a relaxing bubble massage in the artic air of a late winter. We never thought any hot tub could be so enjoyable, but with friends and relatives, hot on one side of the face and near ice on the other side, we wanted to stay forever. Sure it was cold jogging back and forth into the house where the fire place sent dancing flickering flames of light all around us. That was just the first evening.
No amount of cold wet weather could dampen our spirits. We went shopping and sight seeing anyway. The fun never ended and the Ranch was more then we ever expected. The bonding and love that was shared with each and everyone could never be purchased in the cities we traveled from for this special weekend.
We will be back and I actually hope the weather is worse, because the love and fun would be that much better.

Our son was married in an outdoor wedding not far from The Legacy in May 2010. We rented the entire home as a place for family and friends to stay since we were all coming from out-of-state. It was a great place to host everyone, from babies to grandparents. The large group of young adults staying with us enjoyed the hot tub, the pool table and the games. The home was better than the pictures indicated...very interesting in its decoration and very comfortable for all. The management was very helpful in allowing us to see the home before we reserved it and in seeing to the few difficulties we had while staying there. My only regret about our stay was that I was too busy to sit back and enjoy being there as much as I would have liked. I did find time to take a walk on the property and did enjoy that a good deal.

We spent a week in December at this wonderful home, celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary with our children and grandchildren. The property more than lived up to the description and the photographs in the listing. We had 9 people (6 adults and 3 grandchildren between 2 and 5 years of age) staying for the week. The house is spacious and very well equipped. Marie had even decorated the house with Christmas decor, which made it feel so festive at that time of year. It is an absolutely beautiful home. We have never stayed in a rental property with such a complete stock of dishes, glasses, and cooking equipment. The surrounding property is well-maintained and very attractive. We found the owners to be very helpful in answering all of our questions before and after we arrived at the property. We would definitely rent this property again and would highly recommend it to others.

We enjoyed our stay more than words can say. We felt right at home when we stepped through the door. Could not believe how much personal space we had. We had great grandma, grandmas and grandpa, and down to 3 little girls (2, 3 and 6). It was big enough for everyone to have their own space while others enjoyed playing pool, card games, kids watching movies down stairs, everyone doing their own thing without disturbing the others. Our home is not big enough to have a sit down dinner with all the family members, we were truly blessed to have such wonderful experience of sitting together for Thanksgiving Dinner. Our family will always remember our stay as being the best Thanksgiving ever.

We had the most wonderful "family" together time. The house is condusive to this. The property is great and private at the last minute our son and his family couldn't join us, so we are all planning another trip to your most beautiful, well decorated, immaculate home. Another plus is the location, very convenient. There is not one thing you will need to bring from home. Everything is supplied.

We brought a group of about 12 people to stay at this property and it was perfect! This house is great for small church, business, or family meetings. There is plenty of space in the main room for meetings. We were there during the winter and it was beautiful, I can't imagine what it would be like during the spring/summer months. It is close enough to Branson for all the attractions and yet far enough away to where there are not 20 other rental properties crowding down on you. Great place! Great price! Marie is a great person to work with. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
