With 4 comfy bedrooms, with each king size bed made up with luxury linens, up to 14 adults can escape together for a Branson area vacation.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect to cook up a special family meal or a quick breakfast. The two dining areas easily seat 14 adults, or pull up a stool at the kitchen bar for a bowl of cereal.

And the gas grill on the deck is ideal for barbequing tasty chicken kabobs, juicy steaks, and delicious burgers whil...e relaxing in the wicker furniture.

Our Eagle View home is truly a place to savor the view of Table Rock Lake. With large windows showcasing the lake’s beauty, choose a “Kodak moment” spot from the living room, master bedroom, dining area, or kitchen, or step out onto one of the two decks to capture the perfect photograph.

The striking cedar cathedral ceiling of Eagle View expands the open floor plan and lends to the tranquil atmosphere of the home.

With the massive fireplace to gaze into in the evenings, the 50 inch big screen TV to watch a movie, and the round cherry wood table for card games, the great room at Eagle View is perfect to gather your family together in. Or send the guys to the lower level family room for their ball game or ESPN highlights on the second 50 inch big screen TV. Grab a stool at the wet bar to watch the game with your favorite chilled beverage, or sink into one of the three sofas.

Settle into the master bedroom’s four poster king size bed and catch a little Jay or Conan on the built in ceiling TV before drifting off to a restful night's sleep. Each bed is made up with luxurious cotton linens and several soft and fluffy pillows.

Only 10 minutes from Silver Dollar City and the Highway 76 Branson main strip, Eagle View is perfectly situated within easy driving distance of great attractions, musical and comedy shows, and fabulous shopping.

All rates include taxes. Cleaning fee is applied to each stay.

Holiday rate is an additional $50 per night and 5 night minimum. Holidays include New Year, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas.

Our pet friendly homes include Hideaway Haven, Majestic View, and Eagle View. Please inquire about pets. There is an additional $25 per night charge per pet.

1/2 down is required when reservations are made. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to scheduled arrival will be refunded, less a $250 booking fee, after cancelled dates are rescheduled by another party.

Our homes accommodate larger parties. Due to the advance planning necessary to coordinate such groups, for cancellations within 60 days or early departure, there is no refund unless the cancelled dates are rescheduled by another party.

Note: Until confirmed, all rates are subject to change. Once confirmed, rates changes are not retroactive.

Security deposit for any damages or excessive cleaning is required - valid credit card information is used for this purpose or a $500 check (fully refundable when no damages are found or no excessive cleaning is necessary).

  We met up with extended family for a get away vacation. This house was absolutely perfect! It very much exceeded our expectations in all areas: it is very spacious, clean and gives a sense of warmth like your own home would. The lay out is great, especially if there are multiple families like we had. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the eachothers company, as well as plenty of space to get away for those who need a nap. We had 4 children from the age of 3 to 8 years old and 3 couples staying, and everyone had a fabulous time. The location is great, but we also had fun hanging out at the home because it was so nice with a great floor plan and very great deck. The ammenities were more than adequate for all of us. If we return to the area for another reunion, we all said we would stay at this house again!

  50th Wedding anniversary

  It was my in-laws 50th wedding anniversary this past weekend and they didn't want a party just some time with all the family. We had 4 families to try and fit into one place that would make everyone happy and this house fit the bill. It had 4 bedrooms, one for each family, and pull out couches for all the kids which ranged from 9-19 years of age. The kitchen was spacious; tons of cabinets with lots of small appliances for our use and the refrigerator was large enough to hold food for 12 people for 4 days. We had plenty of seating for meals and playing board games and cards at night. Totally loved the 2 huge decks on both levels of house, there is a couch and chairs on the upper and a swing on the lower one. It was very relaxing to sit out there and look at the lake. One morning we even had a visitor - a deer! The younger two kids even got close enough for a great pic! There was a pool table downstairs that was enjoyed by everyone. We had plenty of towels and washcloths for everyone and if we needed to wash there is a washing machine with laundry soap and dryer sheets. The beds were amazingly soft and huge! The master bedroom had a treat that everyone was fighting over - a TV in the ceiling. Some houses that I have rented before did not have enough toilet paper or paper towels so I brought extra but they were not needed as this house was fully stocked. The house is close to Silver Dollar City and Indian Point Marina where we rented a pontoon boat one day. There is a Walgreens and Country Mart grocery store about 5 minutes away in case you forget something. The house was very clean and the directions to get there were easy to follow. Everyone had a wonderful time and commented numerous times that when we do this again we will have to rent this house. I highly recommend it to anyone of any age (and I'm pretty picky).

  Our oldest daughter was married this year and it was our 25th anniversary. We were able to get a few days off in Branson to celebrate. The Eagle View house was a terrific place for us to get away and enjoy some much needed time alone.
  
  From the moment we walked in we were amazed at just how spacious the house was and how well it was furnished. It was a short drive to SDC and Branson entertainment and a terrific view of Table Rock Lake.
  
  My wife and I were extremely happy with our time there.
