Looked for a last minute pet-friendly getaway for our anniversary and found Up The Creek. For a little bit more got this nice condo with king-size beds, a deck, trails to go walking on with our pet. Very close to Branson West and Silver Dollar City, and still close to Branson where we spent most of our time. It says there isn't wireless internet, but my computer kept coming across some type of wireless network that said like Branson Guest, maybe it was from one of the other condos, but that would've been nice to have (or nice to be unplugged!). Although you wouldn't think it by the picture (the green rug and the couch that has been switched out with a nice futon), seems to have been kept up to date, nice showers. Would recommend it.

Comfortable, quite and peaceful. We really enjoyed the stay. It was nice coming in after a long day out exploring, and hiking, to come into a comfortable quite, and peaceful condo, not a noisy, slaming, people yelling hotel stay. My husband and I, My brother, and sister-in-law; we all had a great time.

We recently rented this condo, my family of four and my in laws. It was perfect. The value could not be matched, it is beyond reasonable. The condo is even better than it appears in the photos. The photos do not do it justice. It is very clean and having two baths with two king size beds was perfect for our family. We also had our two children with us. The oversized deck was perfect for them to go out and play on. The only complaint was there was banister rod that had come loose on the deck and nails sticking up on the floor board of the deck. My father in law had tools with him and was able to fix it while we were there so the children would not be injured. Also the playground was under construction and unavailable for use. I am certain the new one will be quite nice. We will definitely return for another stay!

After scrambling at the last minute to find a nice place to stay in Branson, MO for the weekend, I ran across Sunset Realty on the internet. I called them and spoke with Jennie Corbin. I explained to her what I was looking for (condo with 2 bedrooms for 3 people) and she suggested several properties. I settled on the condo at Notch Estates and reserved it. The directions to the condo were good and we had no trouble finding it or gaining entry to it. The condo was exactly as described in the email that I received from Jenny. The condo was very comfortable and we had a great time staying there over the long weekend. The condo is just a few miles North of the entrance to Silver Dollar City. This works out very well because you avoid the huge crush of traffic from Branson trying to turn left on to Indian Point Road to get to Silver Dollar City. Also, their are number of places to eat and shop in West Branson, which is just a few miles North of Notch Estates. There are several pools on the property for the kids to swim at that were nice and clean. I would highly recommended this condo and Sunset Realty to anyone who is looking for a nice place to stay in Branson, MO.

The serenity of the "Condos at Notch" is always welcome amongst the busy traffic of Branson. We always enjoy our stay there. This was our first stay at "Up a Creek" and it was as good as other stays.
Minor problem with the code to get the key was cleared up with a phone call.
We were suprised to find no dishwasher in this unit. The diposal popped the circuit breaker but worked fine after reset.
In all, we enjoyed the stay and look forward to our next trip there. -

I was nervous about renting a property over the internet because what you see is not always what you get but with this rental it is.My family and I really enjoyed staying here and the best part was we were able to bring the family pet.I most definitely will stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends a like.
