This 3 bedroom/3 bath lower level villa is located in the Stonebridge Fairways, and backs to the Ledgestone Golf Course. Stonebridge is a private, gated, country club community, only 5 minutes from Silver Dollar City,10 minutes from Shepherd of the Hills,and the Branson Entertainment strip, and about 10 minutes from the Indian Point Marina and State Park on Table Rock Lake. Shopping and food is close by in Branson West. The new Branson Landing is only a 15 minute drive using 465 Hwy to bypass the busy strip.

We had a wonderful time over spring break in Branson. The weather was unseasonably cold, but it was nice to return to the spacious condo. We had 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with this condo, a wonderful fireplace and great amenities such as washer and drying and full kitchen. Everyone could be together in the living room watching a movie or at the dining room eating a meal, and everyone could be separate in their own spaces when we needed to take a break from one another. All the rooms are on the same floor and there is security access to both the condo itself as well as the entrance to the community. We were very safe and comfortable and want to thank the Stephensons for all of the help they gave us with planning the trip and for letting us barrow their lovely condo for the week. Highly recommended.

We were welcomed by a well maintained, clean, condo. Everything was just what was advertised. Stonebridge is a beautiful community and the condo was beautifully decorated. We were very satisfied and hope to stay again in the future. Thank you Todd & Lisa for sharing your home with us.

Our Family stayed here for nearly a week and we loved it!! We had plenty of room for all 4 of us. The owners are amazing to work with and we have rented their properties twice!! We love staying in a gated community and the area is beautiful!!!

The furnishing and decor were fabulous!! The bedrooms were all large plenty of space, we had 6 adults and one child. The owners have gone out of their way to put every amenity you could need and more. Wonderful view from screened in patio, easy access to Silver Dollar City and Branson. I'd go back every month if it were possible!

We can't express how nice this condo was...We really enjoyed it and couldn't have picked a more beautiful condo to stay in. Everything was as described in the ad.
Todd even called after our stay to make sure we had a great stay!! Todd was wonderful through the whole process and we will definitely be staying with them again!!! -

While looking for a place to stay at Branson I discovered this condo listing and kept coming back to it. I am glad I did. My family and I had a great time. The condo was comfortable, clean and decorated for Christmas, a nice touch. There was plenty of room, a nicely set up kitchen, and games and TV if you wanted to do that. The entire condo is very nicely decorated, with little touches that make it special. We were there only the weekend and only wish we had more time to spend but SDC and Branson called. Location was very easy to get to, get in and out of, and was close enough to all the areas and yet had a "I am in the country feel". My only comment was when it said it was ground level I thought it would be walk in with no stairs and FYI it is the lower level and has stairs going down to entrance. Otherwise a delightful place to stay. Would definitely stay again.

We had such a great time in this villa! There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. (5 adults & 5 kids) It was clean, there was plenty of silverware/dishes/towels. Great location, close to SDC. Our only issue was finding the correct entrance, our GPS took us to the members only gated road. We figured it out, but maybe including that on your check in procedures sheet you email? maybe a small basic map from the main road showing the larger entrance with bridge would of been helpful
