We came during 'Mud Season', to take 'personal down time'. We found the area calm, relaxing- Beautiful The people very friednly..The small condo was just enough to take care of us. Easy enough to shop and have our own food (which was a biggie trying to get back to a normal sort of diet) Listening to the 'springtime' wildlife at night- amazing! It is high up there though, we are from the mountains in UT and found a few times each day it was- 'take an extra breath' type of 'high'.. Be prepared for that when you go to Breckenridge.

We really enjoyed the condo in Breckenridge. The close proximity to town and the mountain scenery made it the perfect place to stay. We would go back again!

We decided on this one by price, and were happy about the floorplan. Anyone with kids doesn't want to have to go to bed at 8 or 9 because of a hotel room situation. This has not one, but 2 bedrooms and a kitchen, so the kids don't have to sit still in an expensive restaurant every meal. I wish there was a better view, needs updated furniture. It was small, but clean, comfy beds and just right for 4 for a weekend. Need that wall so we can have our own spaces, and we got it! Been to Breck many times and had never seen this neighborhood. 5 min. drive to town, but there was bus service every 30 minutes. Great for folks who don't want to pay $350/night.

Accommodations were adequate. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you'd need to cook. It provided all the essentials but definitely was not luxurious at all. Apartment and furnishings were worn but clean. Front desk attendant was very friendly and knowledgeable. Easy access to town and slopes by free shuttle. (could walk to town- approx 1 mile). Good place to stay if you spend most of the time on the slopes and just want a place to shower and sleep.

The condo was in a good location. It was smaller than expected, and slept four comfortably but was quite a stretch to say 6 especially since there was only one small bathroom. The bathroom was dirty when we arrived but the staff was very responsive about coming out and cleaning. I was disappointed that the kitchen drawers were broken (sliders), and the things that would cost minimal to replace (like dish towels, pot holders, maybe one good paring knife etc) were just old and worn out. The kitchen table had 4 seats and we had 4 adults and 2 small children under 5 so it was difficult for everyone to eat together, The couch was ancient and dirty. The hot tub had a scum layer in it and the jets did not work. Overall, the condo was much below what we are used to renting from our timeshare, but again, a good coat of paint on the kitchen cabinets, fix the drawers and update amenities would add a lot.

Colorado Springs, CO.Very comfortable and quiet.

I always enjoy my visits to Mark 1X in Breckenridge, CO. It is clean, centrally located, minutes to town, with town shuttle stop in front, and the location is very quiet.
There is a hot tub, but no pool, and there are stairs to access the units, and no elevator. Some outside areas need painting, which they are planning on, but this does not interfere with an enjoyable stay.
Mark 1X has all the amenities for cooking; standard size refrigerator; dishwasher; microwave, stove and oven; coffee maker; toaster, and all utensils; pans; dishes, bowls; plates; cups and glasses.
I had a wonderful week there, and go as often as we can.
