We have been going to Breckenridge for the last 12 years and have always stayed at Tannenbaum. We have stayed in this particular unit the last 5-6 years because it is roomy, on the first floor and a short walk to the lift station. We also rented 106a this year which has a living room, dining room, kitchen, additional bathroom and a fire place.
Ski County provides great service in scheduling your reservations. The check in is very quick and they are most accommodating. You will be happy with your dealings with them. Read more

I was very dissapointed with this rental. This is a hotel room, not a one bedroom condo. No basic services provided- no shampoo, hair dryer was broken. The walls were very thin and we could hear conversation level talk in the room bedside us. Being near the lift is useless since you have to get in your car to drive downtown Breck to deliver your key in the morning of check out anyways. You will also be towed if you leave your car in their lot once you've checked out, so if you plan on staying the night before a ski day, you need to drive to a Breck parking lot. Very overpriced for what this hotel room offers. I will never be back. Read more
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us and I sincerely apologize that you were disappointed with your rental. There is no excuse for the in room items you listed and I will definitely address your list with our staff and the homeowner. We look for guests feedback as it is how we can improve as a business. Just to address one issue- as you probably noticed throughout the town of Breckenridge and the condo complex, parking space is an issue of concern. We have no control of the parking situation anywhere other than our own office building, but imagine how angry you'd be if you arrived at your rental and didn't have a parking spot because the person who rented it before you was still skiing for the day. Also, I am sorry that you were given the impression that your rental was a one bedroom and regret to hear you will not be back. We appreciate your business and hope that if you return to Breckenridge you give us the chance to make this stay up to you.

From the standpoint that I had never been to Colorado it was beautiful. From the amenities offered at the room, not so great. It was very dry in the room, and the humidifier did not work. The bathroom floor was freezing cold. The trash started to stink after the second day, even worse after the third. I tried to call customre service on several different occasions and no one answered and the message said the voicemail was full so I could not leave a message. The tv would fade in and out, and oh yeah in the middle of the night Saturday night someone tried to break into our room through the door which connects the adjoining room. I asked them to politely stop, and after a little while they did. I tried at that point to call the customer service line and no one was there. I was not sure how to proceed from there, whether I call the police or not! The stay and amenities could have been much better! Read more
We don't try to pretend that Tannenbaum Hotel lock offs are more than they are. They are hotel lock-offs which means that they are hotel rooms that are treated like a condo rental. This means that is is generally a room locked off from other rooms. These rooms do not have the same level of service and amenities as a traditional hotel. We do have a front desk and a 24 emergency line (for real emergencies) but we do close each night. There is a dumpster right outside the unit as in any traditional condo complex. This is a wonderful place to remind people that Breckenridge is a cold and dry place in the winter. We regularly see temps in the single digits and humidity below 10%. A humidifier will never replace the moisture that is found in less dry climates. Tannenbaum condos are older units and like so many of the buildings in Breckenridge do not have modern amenities like radiant in floor heat. Tannenbaum Condos are a 3 to 5 minute walk to the lifts and town and are priced as low as $80 during ski season. There are plenty of nice new luxury condos available to stay in if you are willing to pay considerably more per night
