Nestled in a wooded area, these units are right next to the Blue River that runs beneath towering Blue Spruce trees. We went over Labor Day and the activities in town were super. The rental overlooked the rapid river which gave a great view and a super sleeping sound at night. The fire place was perfect for cool evenings. Location was within walking distance of virtually everything we wanted - shops, hiking, meals, art/craft fairs, etc.

The Tannenbaum was perfect for our skiing vacation. Super close proximity to Quicksilver lift (less than 5 minute walk)! Walking distance to great restaurants, shops, etc. The staff were incredibly helpful and so kind. I would recommend this place to anyone. This studio loft could easily and comfortably sleep 4 people. Fully stocked kitchen, whirlpool tub, and beautiful windows to view the snow!

For the past 10 years or so we have booked through Ski Country. This unit we stayed in served us well. However the ceiling was low in the loft, but once you see the view it makes up for it. Talk to Luke and he will set you up

My friend and I decided to spend a little extra money so we could get a room within walking distance of the Beer Fest. We checked into the room, set are bags down and went straight to the festival. We were so happy to be so close. However, when we returned to the room at around 10pm
we quickly realized that the room had not been cleaned. There were
crumbs all over the couches, wrappers all over the floor, and the room
that was supposed to sleep 4 only had linens for
bedroom... and it was too late to
do anything about it. Only 2 of us ended up staying in the room, and being the person who found the room, it's only fair tht I cough up the cash for it.Response from Ski Country Resorts - 04/23/2012

We do have a 24 hour emergency line for occasions like these and we would have been happy to make sure you had what you needed for a comfortable stay. This is our 3rd stay in the Tannenbaum Condos Studio Loft - Room 302a in Breckenridge. My Husband & I always have the most wonderful time here & Unit 302a is absolutely perfect for our requirements - a quick walk to/from the ski lifts, comfortable bed & lounges, great bathroom with spa, excellent kitchen with all the cooking utensils you could ever need, including bird & Squirrel food ! The local birds & Squirrels always arrived quickly once the nuts & seeds were placed out & we enjoyed watching them. We can't wait to return & enjoy the sensational location with spectacular views !! Thank you very much for such a special time once again.

Overall, our stay was great with the exception that there was no toiler paper provided in the room. Also, it would have been nice to know that there was not an elevator. When travelers come w/family & from out of town there is a lot of gear required. Walking up three flights of stairs was a pain. The location of the condo was great, and it was set up nice too!
