Very comfortable, spacious, well-appointed home. Great location, all within walking distance. Would like to see a mirror in bedroom, otherwise everything was available. Occasionally, there were no outside Columbine parking spaces available and while we noticed an underground garage, we were not given access. Otherwise generally good service from Ski Country.

Very comfortable, homey condo. Conveniently located and easily accessible. Ski Country Resorts as always provides excellent customer service and easy check-in (even though we had a late check in). We requested a late check out which was accomodated as well. The only downside was the bed was not all that comfortable. The condo is decorated nicely and the construction was well thought with an open, spacious feeling.

We had a very wonderful and comfortabel stay in Breckenridge at the Columbine 108 condo. My grandson was with me and enjoyed seeing a little fox out in the trees every morning. They received about 30 inches of snow why we were there and I appreciated them cleaning the walk ways as we werer there. Thank you for a beautiful and warm stay.

Good location - you can walk to most things in town. I brought my son and his two roommates from CU for a Sat/Sun stay. The condo was very functional for skiing, and they loved the gas fireplace. I cooked a fairly elaborate dinner, and the kitchen had everything I needed.
You should bring your own coffee, shampoo, etc. I will definitely look at Columbine 108 for my next stay. Check in/out was easy, though the times were a little inconvenient. The owners should consider a new mattress for the bedroom.Response from Ski Country Resorts - 03/21/2013

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Columbine #108 unit. This unit has been updated very tastefully and was a very comfortable place to stay. It was also walking distance from town which is a big plus. Overall when we return we will likely try to request this unit again.

Stayed at this condo after returning from a hike to the top of Mt. Democrat. Check-in wnet smooth and the condo was easy to find. Arrived at teh condo to find it very home like and very clean. The unit we stayed in was very modern with a mountian setting charm. Flat screen telivison with various Dvds was great. The bedroom had a nice bed and felt cozy. The space as a whole felt a little cramped but was to be expected with a one bedroom unit. Everything was great until I went to use the pull out couch bed. The lining holding the mattress was missing spring and my firneds little girl feel right through the bed to the floor. We made due since we were only staying one night but it was very uncomfortable and a little embarrssing for me as I was the one who picked the place. I informed the office the next morning and they were glad i told them about the issue but was rather indifferent about our problem. The pool area is a bit to be desired and is shared with a large amount of units. Overall I would stay there again and would recomend this unit to firneds and family as long as the couch bed is replaced. The very short stroll to the town square and to the coffee shop was very nice.

We loved our stay in Breckenridge. The Columbine condo was in great condition and had recent updates including a gas fire place, a large flat screen tv, bathroom, kitchen, and all furtniture. The condo was convientently located near downtown. And of course, very affordable. We would highly recommend this to anyone for their stay in breckenridge and look forward to coming back next year.

We had a great time, in large part, due to the property we stayed in. The proximity to the slopes, restaurants, and shops was a bit weak, but the property was clean and well maintained.
Parking that was not very close to the condo we stayed in would be my only complaint. The quietness was a definite plus!
