The employee service was great. They were prepared for us when we arrived and accommodated our early departure time. Too bad Christy Sports wasn't as accommodating in the same building on Main (we wanted to get my wife's ski rentals the night before our lift tickets activated but they closed a few minutes early; she also had issues with the boots she bought from Christys). The only negative thing we can say about Te215 was the living room couch/sofa bed. It was uncomfortable.

The odd numbered units at Trails End face Village Road which is a bit noisy at times. On your next visit, please request an even numbered unit which is on the back side of the building and faces the ski area, that will eliminate the road noise.
