We were very happy with our stay. We were up with family from Boston.
The beds were good. The heat in the small bedroom is tied to the living room, so one is too hot and the other too cold.
Everything worked great. The setup was very good for boot removal and clothing storage.
Nice to have ski storage down stairs. Very close to lift, so true ski in - ski out. Hot tub after skiing was appreciated. The underground parking that came with the unit was great!
The Ski Country Personnel were great. Read more

When my son and his family was unable to get into Denver and then Breckenridge on the rental date, due to cancelled flights, Ski Country was kind enough to move our rental dates a day farward. Ski Country did not have to do this. Thanks so much. We will definitely be back. Read more
I'm glad to hear my staff did what they could to accomodate you. With each unit being an individual, sometimes thats hard to do. I hope your trip was a great one. The location at Trails End is great because you can easily walk to anything. When your trip up is made more complicated, taking even the short traveling out of it can be a load off.
Thanks for leaving the kind review and we look forward to seeing you back with us.

Unfortunately the weather is beyond our control. We were not able to ski out to the Quick Silver lift until Wednesday, then only for one green run and unto peak 8. Again, nobody's fault. We were originally staying at P8. Unfortunately on our first night, the water heater quit working. Kudos go to your facility manager who very quickly reassigned us to another quarters. The relocation was somewhat unwelcomed since we had to pack and repack our stuff moving to another floor. In general, it was an OK stay this time around, however, we've been coming here for several years and it has always been an excellent experience.
Thanks for the review! I apologize for the issue with the hot water heater but I am glad that new unit worked out for you. Its always one of our last resorts to move someone due to the inconvenience but we didn't want to risk a long wait for the hot water after a day on the cold mountains.
It's great to hear we got you taken care of and I hope your Thanksgiving was a memorable one.

The check in process went well and the representative was friendly. At the end of our stay we contacted the front desk and spoke with a representative who was very rude. Due to this experience I will think twice before booking another stay with ski country resorts. The home was very nice, comfortable, and clean. We couldn't have asked for a better location then Trails End. It had all the amenities we needed and more. The location and cleanliness of trails end was great but on one occasion we experienced very poor customer service from a ski country resorts representative. Read more

Place was cozy and comfortable - easily fit the 6 of us with plenty of room. Location was great too! We could walk to the slopes and to the downtown area which made it convenient during the day and the night. I would definitely come back and request the same unit. Read more

This is a very comfortable unit in a well-maintained building that is very convenient to all of the summer activities in Breckenridge. Our only complaint was that the dining chairs were in bad shape and really need to be replaced. Otherwise, everything was in excellent condition and up-to-date. We will return. Read more

The 2 Bdrm unit 510 was wonderful. It was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. The balcony had a gas grill ( a super plus for families), and chairs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to anyone. The proximity to downtown was another great plus, and during ski season it is considered a ski in-ski out unit due to the lift that is within walking distance.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED B/C IT WAS EVIDENT THAT OUR CONDO HAD RECENTLY BEEN REMODELED - THE LAST TIME THAT WE STAYED THERE, OUR CONDO WAS LOOKING A BIT DATED. THE ONLY HITCH WAS THAT WE GOT STUCK IN THE ELEVATOR ON ONE OF THE DAYS THAT WE WERE THERE, SO THAT WAS A BIT ALARMING, BUT ALL'S WELL THAT ENDS WELL! THE BEST FEATURE IS THE PROXIMITY TO THE LIFTS!

good location. great layout.wonderful underground parking.in desperate need of an update. the furniture needs to go to good will, inluding beds & pillows. hot water heater turned so far down we only got 2 warm showers(for 4 people!)after 4 hrs, 2 calls, maintenance promptly fixed the problem. grill had seafood remains/odor on it.tv wall mounted in weird way.info/brochures old.soap dish chipped. shower curtain missing hooks.poor signage or none to ski-out entrance. hot tub uninviting.when booking, sales staff was enthusiastic, informative & upbeat. front desk folks were disgrunteled & unfriendly(this we observed/overheard).our disappointments were not handled satisfactorily. fortunately, the mountains never disappoint.aps Read more
Thank you for taking the time to document the details of your lodging experience with Ski Country Resorts and Trail’s End Condominium 510.Our records indicate that we received your call for hot water between 8 – 8:30 a.m. and it was promptly remedied by 9:45 a.m. Our request log indicated that a second call laws received and a request for additional toilet paper was completed. Unfortunately we didn’t learn of the other deficiencies until the day of your departure. We have addressed those issues for the next guest’s enjoyment. At Ski Country we take each guest comment good or bad seriously. With respect to Trail’s End 510 this is the first negative comment received, in fact we’ve received with praise towards the condominium and the staff at Ski Country. Ski Country has issued the guest a partial refund and an invitation to return to Breckenridge.

We stayed at Trails End 510 in January while on a ski vacation. 510 is a 2-bedroom that is nice. It is clean and comfortable. It has nice views of the montain and slopes. The kitchen has been upgraded, so is very nice. There is a nice size TV in the living room also.
We have stayed at Trails End for the last eight years and have stayed in several different units depending on the number in our party, and the service has always been GREAT! The ski-in/ski-out is wonderful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. This is the first year that we have rented our ski equipment from them, and that staff was also very nice and helpful, we will rent there from now on.
Enjoy your stay at Trails End and your experience with the Ski Country Staff !!
This was the second time we stayed at Trails End. Haven't been disappointed yet. On site parking and walking distance to downtown. The condo was great. All the conveniences of home. Would recommend it in a second. Look forward to staying again in 2010. JK Cedar Rapids, Iowa

The Trails End Condo we stayed in was clean and comfortable. It was upgraded in 2006 and was in very nice condition. The ski lift was only about 100 feet from the back entrance, next to the two hot tubs. It was also easy to ski back in. Ski storage was handy, located in the lobby with a direct shot to either the front or back entrances. Only a short walk to a number of Main Street restaurants. Parking was underground and heated. No negatives for us. We would definitely stay there again, if we could get the same or a similar unit.
