I stay in this unit with 8 of my girlfriends. We enjoyed the cozy condo and thought the location was perfect. I had a wonderful experience booking through visitbreck. I told them exactly what I wanted and what amenities I wanted it to include. They were able to fulfill all of them. There were a few problems with a toilet not working and the front office getting back to me during these problems. However they were apologetic and rectified the inconveniences I experienced and will definitely keep my business in the future.

Park Place 102C is an easy walk to Main Street and worked well for our family of four. Park Place 102C was well maintained and fairly clean. Check-in and check-out was easy, except that I think that the office location would be hard to find in the dark. The only negative was that the mattress in the master bedroom was very hard and we never found comfortable sleeping positions during our five nights there.

Condo was nice. We booked it because of its location to downtown. We wanted to walk to dinner and events around town. Very good location if that is important to you. Not happy with extra fees for cleaning and booking. I would recommend this condo for someone with my criteria. Not for skiing. Did not like breck so will not be back. Much better places to go.

Full kitchen, washer/dryer, WiFi, LCD tv,
master bedroom has one bed, 2nd bedroom has 3 twins and a captain's bunk. And a pull-out couch - which has a mattress topper stashed in the master bedroom closet - that makes the pull-out pretty comfortable.
We were very happy with the place.
As long as you don't miss a turn, the ski-in via the 4 o'clock run is pretty nice too. You end up just walking a block.
There's even an outdoor closet (with lock) that you can use to stash your ski gear. -

when first coming into the rental, all 'looked' nice...but as we became more comfortable with the place noticed bathroom doors that did not shut, a stove that did not work properly, a sink that clogged. the kitchen was not well stocked and was in need of cleaning up. doors in the vanities did not fully open. it would have been nice to have a tv in the master bedroom.

The condo was perfect for our family of 5. The location is right down the
street from main street and you can ski in, ski out but it is not a "true ski in,
ski out". There were a few maintenence issues with the unit. The pocket door
to the master bathroom did not close and the management company was
aware of this problem but has been unable to fix it due to lack of vacancy. The
other pocket door to the second bathroom was difficult to close and did not
work properly either. The sink and bathtub also needed repair on the plugs
when we first.
The kids loved the free dvd rentals and the equipment rental was very
convenient. The town of Breckenridge is wonderful, transportation is very
accessible and free and perfect for families.
