This condominium is beautifully decorated to keep the quaint ski feeling alive. There is ample seating in the living room on the two large couches to sit and enjoy your favorite movie on the TV/DVD or pull up Netflix on the Roku and surf the selecti...ons. Relish in the warmth of the gas fireplace while curled up reading your vacation book.
The suitably stocked kitchen has all the necessary appliances; coffee maker, microwave, stove, oven and refrigerator. Enjoy your home cooked meal made in the comfort of your own unit at the beautiful, dark wood dining table with seating for eight people.
The first bedroom has one Queen bed, one Twin and a Queen sofa sleeper. It is also equipped with a nice side chair and a TV. The second bedroom has one Queen bed encased in luxurious, mountain inspired bedding and a couch that provides a Single sofa sleeper. This bedroom is also equipped with a TV. If neither of the bedrooms provide enough sleeping space, the living room couches each provide a Queen sofa sleeper making this unit able to sleep up to twelve people.
Other amenities this condominium features are a balcony with a gas grill and Wi-Fi. It started out the first night when we learned that we had no electricity in an entire bathroom and 1/2 of that bedroom. After checking the breaker box, we had to call for a repair. After 2 visits by 2 Ski country employees, over the next 2 days (we only had a 3 night stay), the problem was resolved. In the meantime, management felt that it was appropriate to run an industrial extension cord from behind the bed across the room and into the bathroom to carry into the bathroom "if light was needed." Yeah, because I might not need light in the shower or when using the toilet.
Then the gas fireplace did not work.
And did I mention the puke stains on the carpet in the living room that was not properly cleaned up.
The best part was checking out, when they said that we had another bathroom to share with friends and that we weren't deprived of a bathroom. Wow, $400/night and running electricity is apparently a luxury. Then I got a call a day later from Marc who argued with me that they did their job by providing a lamp and an extension cord. He offered 10% off the next visit. What a joke. We will never stay at a place managed by Ski Country Resorts again. They place no value on customer service, and have no clue about electrical safety. Hello- Thank you for sharing your experience with us. I am saddened to see this review come through as we felt we handled it in a very appropriate manner. Your call was recorded and work order established at 4:10pm. Within an hour we had one of our maintenance personnel at your unit to try to fix the problem reported. It was determined that the GFI breaker needed to be replaced which can only be done by an electric professional. Since it was after hours at that point, the next morning we had the professional to your property at 11:30am. At that time, the problem was resolved. Within 24 hours the bathroom was back up and fully functional. Electricity is not a luxury; we did everything we could to accommodate this problem. We take our customer service standard very seriously and are disappointed to see you felt differently. There are two additional bathrooms besides the one that was down for less than 24 hours. Unfortunately issues arise, but we pride ourselves on handling them quickly and efficiently. We can offer you 10% back on your past stay, as well as any future visits. If you choose not to rent form us again, that is your choice but we hope you will change your mind.

The location of this place is why we stay here. Walking to lifts or town cant be beat. There were some problems at check in and issues with the room. It is not really a two bedroom but rather an efficency with two seperate bedrooms each of wich are probably rented individually. Not terrible ,just not what we expected. Having said that I will say that Ski Country was very helpfull and did everytrhing they could to fix the problems.I have stayed with them about six or seven times before this and never had a problem before. I will definitly continue to use them in the future. I just will not stay in this particular unit again. Read more
