Condo location is great for ski-in and a very short walk across parking lot to ski out at the snowflake lift, also a ski rental company right there too. Condo is quite small(smaller than it looks in photos). Decor is a little dated, very few dishes in kitchen (especially cups) so had to run the dishwasher frequently. Pillows were extremely cheap/uncomfortable.

the condo is excelent, very close to the lift and the fact of coming back home skiing was really great!
very cozy, well organized, close to the city (walking distance from restaurant, etc).

The Tyra Lookout #19 condo is very convenient to the Snowflake lift (just off the parking lot), just off of Four O'clock run and the right size for two people. I could not see how four people could stay in this condo without being on top of each other. The condo did not have any access to the internet which in this day and time is a big shortcoming. Besides the lack of a wireless internet system the other biggest issue is parking. The condo entrance is in the back and with all the snow piled up there was very little parking left when we returned at night after eating dinner. Our overall experience was very good and if the internet access is provided in the future I will definitely rent this condo when we return to Breckenridge.

I agree, all properties need to have wireless access. We will work with the owner to have wireless internet service installed. While this time of year is the best time to ski, it is also very hard for plowing contractors to keep up with the demand for removal in the parking lots. We traveled to the Tyra Lookout condo for spring break and had an absolutely fabulous time. The location of the condominium is superb with a short walk across the parking lot to get to the ski lift in the morning and a blessedly shorter walk from the ski run to the door of the condo complex at the end of a long day of great skiing. The equipment rental in the complex was affordable and very helpful. The condo is a pleasant walk to the downtown shops and dining. The condominium itself was extremely well appointed with tasteful furnishings and all of the necessary items to make for an enjoyable stay. We are looking forward to returning for another wonderful vacation.

We stayed at the Tyra, "Lookout" condo complex the week of 12/06/10 and had a wonderful experience. The Unit was located a stone's throw from the Snowflake lift which essentially eliminated our need to drive anywhere during our stay. Ski rental equipment was located likewise just as close. This was such a luxury to come off the ski slopes and be able to walk a very short distance to our lodging for the night. The condominium was fully equipped with a kitchen, washer/dryer and essentially all the amenities of home. All furnishings inside were reflective of a mountain lodge decor in a tasteful way. Cozy and warm!

Awesome ski in ski out location with a reasonable price. Walk across the
street to the snowflake lift and ski to your back door. The 1BR condo is
perfect for a couple's weekend getaway, maybe a little tight for more than 2.
A few modern upgrades would be a nice touch and should be considered, such
as a flat screen TV and wifi.
