Good: The Condo at The Corral was in a terrific location just a few minutes walk to The Village and the Quicksilver chair lift on Peak 9 via a shortcut close to the Marriott. Main Street's bars, restaurants and Skee View supermarket 5 minutes walk. Gas station/convenience store literally around the corner- great for buying basics to get you started on the first day (especially if you arrive late). Kitchen well equipped. First floor (ground) level condo so great for kids to easily go out on balcony and gardens to play. No trudging upstairs after walking back from slopes.
Bathrooms really small but had separate vanity area so was fine overall.
Summit very professional and friendly - would use again.
Not so good: Master bedroom has a King that leaned to one side. Bed in second bedroom was double and even my kids (10 & 7 yrs old) complained it was small. No coat hangers in closets- which was annoying. Furniture in living room smelled dusty. View out of the bedrooms is of the walkway/stairway so we did experience some late night noise issues from neighbors.
We really enjoyed all aspects of our stay at Corral 101W. There were 3 of us so the 2b/2b was a great setup for us. The kitchen, dining and living areas were very spacious and would easily acommodate more people. We appreciate the in unit washer/dryer to dry out our skiwear. The garage parking was great - and very conveniently located to the unit. Loved that we could walk to the lifts and town. We'll be back!
Our unit was advertised as having 2 rooms, one with a king sized bed and one with a queen. While there was a king bed in one room, the other is definitely a queen, so do not plan on two single adults sharing this bed. Also, the unit was advertised as having a private hot tub, which it did not. The lack of hot tub and queen bed were both very disappointing as these were the reasons we decided on this unit. I rented at the Corral for a five day stay with friends and they were extremely accomodating. It is a very cozy 2 bed/2 bath with a pull out couch. We had no problems finding enough closet space to house all of our winter jackets! The hot tub is located in the building right across from the unit upstairs. It is huge! Every time we went after a day of skiing, there was no one around so it was practically a private hot tub just for us to enjoy. You are walking distance from Breckenridge Brewery and Quicksilver chairlift. Maggie's lodge is located at the base of the chairlift where you can also rent equipment and buy lift tickets. We found it cheaper to rent from the Marriot if you need a complete set of equipment though. There was a 30% off coupon in our welcome rental packet. Overall, it was a great stay and I would not hesitate to stay at the Corral again!

All was great, you may need to need another humidifier as it was DRY even for a Coloradan..And there is no identified guest parking, we had some friends stop by, it was a drag.

Thank you for your comments. Our standard is to have one humidifer per bedroom. As to guest parking, we try to give as accurate a description of the parking arrangements as we have several different parking scenerios with our various properties. We are constantly re-evaluating our property descriptions. Your comments are helful.

Our check out times are set to allow our housekeeping to get to every property and have them ready for the next guest. We are accomodating of late check out request if we do not have a guest checking in the same day.

Wonderful condo close to the slopes, Main Street

This place is a gem! We were 6 people, and it was roomy and clean with all of the right amenities. The unit is well-maintained and updated. You couldn't ask for a better location: steps from Main Street, and close to the slopes (you walk out of the door and make a right, walk 200 yards up through the Marriott, and you're at the Quicksilver lift). We rented equipment from Charter Sports at the Marriott, so our experience could not have been more painless. The hot tub is in a weird spot (facing garage doors), but it was a great perk to have after a day of skiing. Summit Rentals also did a great job--they were responsive and helpful. I would definitely rent this unit again!
