Powder Ridge Condominiums offer comfortable accommodations on the South End of French Street. This 1,175 square foot, quality two bedroom plus loft, two and a half bathroom condominium is located next to the Breckenridge Free Ride Shuttle Stop and only three blocks to Historic Main Street.
If you are looking for a ski inspired condominium to make you feel like part of the small town, then you have found your perfect getaway. There is ample seating in the living room on the large L-Shaped couch cozied next the wood burning fireplace to host a movie night on the flat screen TV.

Loveland COInviting, relaxing condo!

Great place for a gathering of family. My sister-in-law from Miami and my niece from NY were visiting us in Loveland CO. My son lives and works in Breckenridge and this condo was a perfect place for all of us to meet. Ample room with additional space in the loft area. The best feature for us was the large counter area for all of us to sit, eat and reminise.
We were disappointed that the condo was not appointed with fuel starters to start a fire in the fireplace. We had wood but no fuel starter (not even newspaper) so we couldn't have a fire. The other diapppointment was this condo did not have coffee packets/tea, salt and pepper. I have rented mnay condo's and most all come with those condiments. Luckily I brought some coffee (not sure why) so we did have coffee for the morning. The unit was clean and comfortable. We brought our suits to try the hottub but talked too much and never got to try it out.
Ski Country Resorts gave us a late checkout which was wonderful since we were all road weary and slept in, they are also my "go to" rental company whenever I need a place in Summit County. Overall a pleasant condo.Response from Ski Country Resorts - 04/03/2013

In regards to the fire starters for future reference- I apologize there were no starters in your unit already, but if you would have called our office we would have been more than happy to bring them to you right away and help you start your fire! Please keep in mind that we are here to help you as our guest so if there is something missing (like fire starters or salt/pepper) we can get them to you. Unfortunately, we do not provide the coffee or tea, but it is something that may be coming in the near future as we receieve more and more requests for it. I am glad to know that we were able to supply you with a late check-out that was apparently needed. We appreciate your business and hope to see you again soon in Breckenridge!

The unit at Powder Ridge was very clean, had plenty of room and very convenient. The two garage parking spots were a great bonus.
Ski Country did an excellent job of handling our stay and offered convenient ski rental at their office just steps from the gondola. They also had excellent advanced sale discounts with the rental arrangements.
