Christiana Seven is a clean, well kept, large and beautiful two bedroom + loft unit with three bathrooms. Boasting easy access with ground level entry, this end unit condo has more than 1400 square feet of living space. Now, newly upgraded with more than $60,000 of recent upgrades in Fall 2006 through Summer 2011, including a new 40" LCD television and console in the Living room. Up to eight or nine people will sleep comfortably in our two large 1st floor bedrooms and 3rd floor loft. The three bathrooms have hairdryers to add to the convenience. Also, just bring up your Laptop for free Wireless DSL.

One of only seven Christiana units,... #7 is set in the lodgepole pines. We are located on Columbine Road - easy walking distance to Quicksilver Chairlift (five minutes) and just one block from Main Street. There are two reserved parking spaces in front of the unit for your use.

* One Full Bed & three Twin Beds in Loft with Cable Television and DVD player

Our gourmet Kitchen is complete with Zodiak quartz countertops, hickory cabinets, new tile floor, and top of the line stainless steel appliances. All cooking conveniences are at your disposal including a Coffee Maker, Toaster, Blender, and Crock Pot, as well as a full selection of new pots and pans, platters, utensils and spices and dinnerware. We provide our own quality linens for all bedrooms and bathrooms and pool/hot tub towels.

The living room with vaulted ceiling boasts a 40" HD TV and stereo with premium cable, DVD player, VCR, CD and MP3 options. You can cozy up to the fireplace and enjoy a well stocked, seasonal selection of books, games, DVDs and videos. Just outside the living room is a balcony with the necessary stainless steel gas Barbecue. There is washer and dryer inside the condominium, including an ironing board, iron, and laundry supplies for your use. We offer storage for skis, boards, and boots in our freshly painted and tiled entry hall with new and expanded recessed lighting. Being part of the Columbine/Motherlode swimming area, come enjoy a year-round heated pool and 2 outdoor & 2 indoor hot tubs.

Complete comfort and convenience is our goal and preference when staying in Breckenridge. This is truly a home away from home.   Memorable family vacation

  We just had a wonderful vacation, we have beautiful memories at the condo, the slopes and town. Our two children had a lot of space to relax and play at the living room after snowboarding all day. All the description of the condo was accurate,we had more than expected. The condo has everything you need and more to make you feel at home and welcome, it was clean and well maintained. We would love to come back and we would definitely recommend it to family and friends. We also love the town, our kids enjoy sliding at Carter Park, and Eric´s Pizza was our favorite! Thanks for fulfill our expectations and being part of a memorable family vacation.

  Wonderful place to stay...cozy, warm, inviting. Condo is updated, we used the kitchen everyday to cook and it had everything we needed. Beds were clean and comfortable, location is walking distance to ski lift, swimming pool and even the town. Would love to stay here again.

  Wonderful Thanksgiving skiing in Breckenridge!

  Took the family up and enjoyed the wonderful town and condo. Lots of space, great sleeping arrangement, and fully upgraded condo. Kitchen was fully ready for preparation of Thanksgiving dinner. Walked easily to Peak 9 base and enjoyed wonderful skiing. Also drove to Keystone for a fun evening on their delux tubing hill. Town of Breckenridge was great for all ages and a nice alternative to skiing. Would definetely go again and would stay at this property. Great people to work with.

  The condo was very comfortable for our family of 4 adults and 3 children. It is very convenient to town and in a beautiful wooded setting. It is beautifully furnished. Julie keeps it well stocked and is very supportive of your needs. We have stayed here multiple times and expect to be back as often as we can

  Great time in Breckenridge

  We had a great time over the Labor Day weekend. The condo was extremely comfortable for our group of 7 adults (parents and kids). We used the updated kitchen (stainless steel appliances) and grill while we were there and the 3 bathrooms came in handy with our number of people. The condo was in a quiet part of town but easy to get to, and did I mention comfortable? We had plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoyed a family game night while there. Overall, we would highly recommend staying here and we hope to get back sometime in the future!
