I have shared this with our Operations Department to see why the Outdoor Hot Tub was not working during your stay and to make sure it is fully up and running now. Good to hear that the Indoor Hot Tub on site was working, but I will follow up on the Outdoor one.

The condo was really comfortable, clean and well furnished. My husband and I were there with adult son and his friend. Plenty of space for two couples. Kitchen was very well equipped--had everything I needed. And it really is ski in/ski out! Lift was right out the building door. Only thing that would improve this rental was if location for check in and check out were on premises. Made it a little inconvenience the day we checked out since we were staying in the area to ski that day. Highly recommend.

I must have spend 7 hours researching where to stay in Brekenridge. What caught my eye with Great Western Lodging was their updated condos and more importantly, ski in/ski out. I spoke to Sondra on the phone as well as exchanged emails and she was incredibly helpful. The pictures online we spot on: there were no surprises (except the indoor parking that I didn't take notice to and loved). the condo itslef was perfect for the 5 of us. The check in process was easy and the best part was walking 100 yeards to the charlift in the morning. We walked to dinner every night; very easy and nice to be close, but not in downtown. I would definitely come back. We didn't want to leave; we may need a bigger condo next time for more people but I would recommend Riverbend for sure.
