The Lance's West condominium complex is located on Broken Lance Road, within walking distance (1 block) of the Quicksilver Super Six chairlift and 1 block from downtown Breckenridge.

The condo is fully stocked with necessary cooking and dining utensils and linens.

      Sleeps nine... tight.

      It is advertized as sleeping 8-10 people. we were told it had a sofa-bed, in fact it did not. Not that big of a deal. I would say 6 people is the perfect fit, but if everyone is comfortable with each other in close quarters then 9 is the max. One other complaint is the internet wasn't working properly and nothing was done to correct it.

      I highly recommend Summit Vacations and the properties it manages. A painless reservation process, accurate representation, friendly staff, very handy office location, and of course, what can be better than Breckenridge in the Summer! Will be back this Summer too!
