Hike up the mountain from the 4 O'Clock Trail/ski run, just 1/2 block away in the summer, ski down from the top of Peak 8 (highest chairlift in North America - 3 1/2 mile run in the winter). Park Place A building is the red and cream colored building visible in the Blue River Plaza picture.

Park Place A201 is a newly remodeled 2 bdrm/2 bath 1274 sf ski-in condominium located on the 2nd floor of the Park Place "A" building. The unit is situated in one corner of the building.       Perfect for a young family, unbeatable location

      We were delighted by the location of this condo, as we could walk anywhere we wanted to go: just a block from town, a few blocks from the gondola, several blocks to the shared pool (that was a bit inconvenient), and the hot tub was right next door. The condo is very nicely furnished. and spotlessly clean. Everything provided was in excellent condition. Description says "no steam shower" but that's not true: my husband enjoyed using the steam shower very much!

      Our only disappointments:
      - no TV in master bedroom
      - internet service was useless. We had a great connection for about 30 minutes the first night, and then service was not available in the unit at all -- despite trying to get better reception "in other parts of the condo" as we were suggested to do. This was disappointing for both recreational and business purposes.
      - the promised array of puzzles and games consisted of two 550-piece jigsaw puzzles and three word games like Scrabble. Disappointing at best, and nothing appropriate for a family with a 5- and 7-year-old. Fortunately we brought our own supplies.
      - only the screen door was lockable on the patio; there was no lock on the glass door. We did not feel secure at night or upon leaving belongings while we were out and about.

      Great location, view and space.
      The steam shower was fantastic. A very cozy place that suited our needs to a T. Just be aware of the walk-up!

      Thank you, this place was amazing! We loved all the updates in the kitchen and bathrooms. We loved that the condo was so clean and convenient to town. We would definately stay here again. We've also passed this place onto friends and family.

      This condo was a great deal! It was our first trip to Breck and was located in the heart of town! Some noise from the streets if we wanted to keep the windows open, but with the view, space etc it was well worth it!
