Hike up the mountain from the 4 O'Clock Trail/ski run, just 1/2 block away in the summer, ski down from the top of Peak 8 (highest chairlift in North America - 3 1/2 mile run in the winter). Park Place A building is the red and cream colored building visible in the Blue River Plaza picture.

The perfect location for enjoying all that Breckenridge has to offer. Just 800 feet (2 blocks) from the Snowflake Lift, at the bottom of Four O'Clock Ski Run and one block from quaint downtown Breckenridge where you can find shops, restaurants, galleries and entertainment. There is a transit stop right across the street where you can catch the Town T...rolley for roaming around Breckenridge or the Summit Stage which will take you to Keystone or Copper Mountain ski areas as well as the other Summit County communities all for FREE. Take the Town Trolley to the indoor recreation center and enjoy the swimming pool, water slide, rock climbing, tennis, racquetball and fitness center. Save on gas by parking the car in the covered parking and never get in your car again. We furnish a free parking permit pass for your stay at our Unit.

Convenient access to the slopes and one block from downtown Breckenridge. This 1,150 square foot condo will provide you with comfort and space during your mountain getaway. Both bedrooms have a king size bed. This condo has wireless internet and is across the street from the Performing Arts Center and the area where the annual ice sculpting festival is held. There are hot tubs available in this complex. You will be the envy of all your friends with this awesome location and comfortable condo.

Experience winter at 9,600 feet. Picture yourself gliding down a mountain of fresh power, or steering a snowmobile above treeline. You may even want to guide a team of dogs through aspen trees. Perhaps a relaxing sleigh ride, exploring historical sites, taking in local art , indulging in a spa treatment or live theater is more your speed. Breckenridge has it all.

  Avoid This Property and Make The Drive From Frisco

  As dirty a rental as you will find! Carpets heavily stained, dirty dishes, food caked on salt and pepper shakers, appliances labeled as out of order in pantry, dirty tissues left under bed, and blankets on beds with stains. On top of that, Summit Vacations the rental agent, wouldn't provide garbage bags and extra tissues. So be prepared to bring all basic supplies and be prepared to do some cleaning if this is the last place to stay in Breckenridge and you must stay in Breckenridge. I would suggest the drive from Frisco would be a better option.

  We stayed over Labor Day weekend. The location is perfect for kids, across the street and you are basically in the main park and downtown so we didn't have to drive any where all weekend. Our unit was very clean and the whole complex was very quiet and clean. A little walk to the main pool and hot tubs and they are big and not crowded. The other hot tubs were right outside our building so plenty of places to relax. We will stay at this location again!!

  We thought that Park Place was a convenient, clean and fun place to stay for the weekend. we came to Breckenridge for a friend's wedding with our my inlaws and we had plenty of room. The service was great-we needed an iron (our travel iron was too small) and called and someone brought a full size board and iron within about 20 minutes-fabulous service!! Thank You

  Other than a need for some minor remodeling the unit was quite clean and comfortable. Location was perfect, a short walk to the downtown area and public transportation just moments away. Everything in the unit worked or functioned properly. Support and maintaince people were available and helpful. Given our needs and desires this unit couldn't have been better.
