Sawmill Creek 115 is a 2 bdrm/2 bath 1143 sf ski-in condominium located on the 1st floor of the Sawmill Creek building. This condo has wifi internet access, a 60" flat screen HDTV, and a steam shower. There are 2 indoor hot tubs in the building.The Sawmill Creek condominium complex is located on the corner of Ski Hill Road and Park Avenue, directly on the 4 O'Clock ski run, and within walking 50 feet of the free shuttle bus, and 1 block from the heart of downtown Breckenridge. There is an elevator in the builidng and underground parking. One parking pass is provided.

      Love Breckenridge

      This unit has a beautiful updated kitchen and baths. The location is fabulous. Walk to slopes and town, also bus stop is right outside your door. The back patio is ground level. A fox visited the patio door one evening.
      The only negatives are the pillows on the beds and the teflon is worn through all the fry pans. We would stay here again in the future.

      Comfortable, great kitchen!

      We arranged this rental at the last minute as we were traveling. There were two couples, so that made the price very reasonable. We were really pleased with Sawmill Creek. We were practically the only occupants there. It's very convenient to downtown, you can easily walk to restaurants and stores. There was plenty of comfortable seating, and the kitchen was lovely. The beds were comfortable. Our only complaints are that the carpet was badly in need of cleaning( earlier renters had obviously not been very careful). Also, the unit was a little dark. Overall, though, a very good experience.

      Great place to stay. Roomy with nice furnishings. Walking distance to restaurants and shops in Breckenridge. My friend and I were doing some ultrarunning training at altitude and it was nice to come home to this place. Can't wait to visit again.

      Beautiful place to stay, but charged too much for cleaning fee

      The condo was very clean, very well kept, and pretty, but we thought it was ridiculous that we were charged $95 for a cleaning fee especially when we were asked to take out the trash and load and run the dishwasher for that amount of money! I also think check in time should be earlier and check out time should be later. The stairs were very dangerous and full of ice and there wasn't an individual on site to help if something happened.

      Great Condo - Great location

      This was a very nice and clean condo. Kitchen was newly remodeled. The condo has convenient and covered parking.
      Additionally, the condo is very conveniently located to both Main street and skiing.
