The Sundowner I condominium complex is located on 4 O'Clock Road, 1/2 block from the Snowflake double chairlift and 1 1/2 blocks from downtown Breckenridge. The condo is fully stocked with necessary cooking and dining utensils and linens, as well as family/children's videos, books, board games and puzzles for your enjoyment.

Condo was clean, quiet, comfortable, and located next to about everything you would want to walk to in Breck. Short walk to pool/hot tub facility that was large and well maintained. We will be staying again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this cozy studio! It was very nice to have the fireplace and the murphy bed was very comfortable. Nice sized kitchen with everything you would need. Bathroom was nice too. Check-in was easy. Very accessible to ski slopes, just a short little walk. Short walk to town as well!! Parking was easy and they shoveled promptly. We would stay here again for sure!

We always love Breckendridge but our trip this past year wasn't our usual huge group. We did meet up with friends who also stayed at the Sundowner but this year it was just my husband and our daughter so we decided to stay at the Sundowner in an efficiency which was wonderful!! We slept in a murphy bed and our daughter slept on the sofa and we were all very comfortable! The place was fully stocked with all the essentials and we wanted for nothing! The kitchen was fully stocked and all creature comforts were in tact! We enjoyed being steps from the Snowflak lift and skiing home every afternoon! I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone wanting to vacation at Breckenridge - it was great!
