Description from the manager
The Ten Mile Suites condominium complex is located on French Street, within walking distance (2 blocks) of downtown Breckenridge. It is also a 10-12 minute walk from the Super Six chairlift. Great location! Free shuttle stop is also located nearby the complex.
The condo is fully stocked with necessary cooking and dining utensils and linens, it also has a large deck off of the master bedroom that includes deck furniture for reading, sunbathing or relaxing with the great views.
Please, for the comfort of all our guests, NO pets and NO smoking!

We loved the decor and location. Easy access to town. My husband, teenage son and two married kids stayed here and we loved the bathrooms being in each bedroom. Wonderful condo and location. Need a new couch, we kept falling into it.

We have stayed there 4 or 5 times and loved it. On this particular stay which had been booked 8 weeks in advance my wife was going with her sisters and mother for a girls trip. Less than 3 weeks before we were informed that there was water damage and we wouldnt be able to stay. Upon further investigating and a admission from Summit we were lied to, the owners had just decided on short notice to spend that weekend. Even though the weekends before and after were open. What was most disconserting is that the consumer is not protected in these situations. If I had cancelled I would have forfeited monies to Summit. I was supposed to have been provided a comparable property. Nothing close was offered for the money or location or decor. Between our stays there and our family friends we were renting at least 2 weeks a year. Not sure if that loss of income matters. We were never offered any remedies or discounts
