The Tyra Chalet condo complex is located on 4 o'clock road just 3 blocks west of the center of downtown Breckenridge.

Freshly remodeled with all new appliances in 2012 including large flat screen TV. The condo is fully stocked with necessary cooking and dining utensils and linens, as well as family/children DVD's, board games and Playstation 3 for your enjoyment.

Please no pets and no smoking.

Check-In: 4:00pm

  Our stay in unit 229 was amazing! Even though you have to walk a short distance to the Snowflake Lift, we enjoyed every moment of our stay! You cant beat taking the 4 o'clock run at lunch n eat in the comfort of the condo, and then ski back at the end of the day! The condo was very clean and comfortable, and were extremely happy to find a crockpot in the cabinet. Yummy chili and stew cooked while we went skiing during our stay! We seriously cant wait for our next visit, and hope we can stay in the same unit!

  Location, Location, Location!

  Our surprise Christmas present to our four children (ages 9-15) was a ski trip to Breck! With four children, we knew we wanted the convenience of staying at a place that was ski in/out. We lucked out with our choice of condo! The Trya Chalet was a perfect location, right across the street from the Snowflake lift, giving us easy access to the mountain. Coming "home" on the 4 O Clock Run every day gave us maximum amount of ski time each of the four days we skied. The condo was roomy enough for our family of six. We choose it for the two-bunk bed bedroom that could accommodate the children and still give us parents some privacy. The kitchen amenities were perfect as we ate in most meals there. Best of all, was the great set up for putting on/storing our ski gear. With six people sometimes you feel like you are on top of one another--not here! We also loved watching the skiers from our patio doors come down the 4 o Clock Run. While not a fancy condo, it had some nice updates/improvements in the kitchen and bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again!

  Good summer experience

  Our summer vacation which included a stay at Tyra Chalet 229 was an excellent experience. The unit was clean, well maintained, and in a great location. It was separated from downtown, but a very short walk to all of the downtown activities. The views from the balcony and front window were excellent.
