Description from the manager
Newly renovated with new kitchen cabinets, tile and granite countertops. New tile in the entryway and at the deck exit. New bathroom vanities and toilets. New paint, window coverings and accessories throughout. This condo has wifi internet access, 3 flat screen HDTV's, and a clubhouse with an indoor pool.
The back deck overlooks 4 O'Clock Run and affords wonderful views of Horseshoe Bowl and Peak 8 above. In the morning, ski down the 4 O'clock Run to the Snowflake lift, where you can access Peaks 8 and 9, as wells as purchase lift tickets and lessons. At lunch or at the end of the day, ski right up to the back door of your unit.

While the condo,was in a beautiful location and very comfortable inside it was difficult to find. The signage is very poor. We actuallynhad to stop,the car and wander the facility to find the condo.

The condo owners have added an excellent personel touch this unit. It was very clean and in great repair. This condo is perfect for an extended family but would be too nice for a group of fraternity guys. We put our skis on at the back deck ans skied to the Snowflake lift.

We had a great time on our trip to Breckenridge, this condo was the perfect place to stay. Everything was nice and clean, the location was more then perfect. You could ski right up to the back door, out to the lift in the morings. Hope to stay again next year!!!

we had no problem finding the condos. it was within walking distance from just about everything. the kids loved the wooded mountains in the back! it was nice to be able to by groceries and make our own meals, saved alot of money that way!! the condo was roomy and the beds were very comfortable! looking forward to going out there in the summer again some day. the weather is perfect in the summer.
