The family room is adorned with custom built-ins housing books for your enjoyment. These surround a gorgeous rock fireplace with a recessed flat screen TV directly above. The views are breathtaking. Soak up the sun from one of three decks. The first adjoins the family room area with seating to enjoy the majestic Roc...ky Mountains.

The family room is smartly decorated with fiine leather sofas and elegant rustic furniture adding to the appeal of the condo. Adjoining the family room is the dining room outfitted with a unique Colorado-style chandelier adding to the majesty of the room.

The kitchen has been entirely remodeled with recessed lighting, a mini-TV, granite slab counters, new appliances, and custom cabinetry. Fully stocked, you will feel right at home preparing a meal for family and friends.

The master suite has its own private armoire with TV and DVD player. It has a deck as well allowing a couple to sit and enjoy all of Breckenridge. The master bath is phenomenal. Double vanity sink with granite counters, a custom dual head shower, custom lights and more will await you in this little oasis.

The guest suite also has its own private TV, queen bed, and all the comforts of home. We always provide extra blankets and pilows for our guests.

The bunkroom not only has custom tucked-in beds with private reading lights above each bunk, but also houses a queen bed as well. Mom or dad never have to be far from little ones. A queen bed and TV are also in this private room.

  We had a fabulous ski vacation in Breckenridge. It was the first time for us to take our kids- age 5 and 7. We traveled with another family, as well, along with their 2 kids- age 8 and 10. The President's Penthouse was so nice. I feel like they "undersold" how nice it was and how convenient it was to ski school, ski rentals, the lift, and shopping/restaurants. There was plenty of room for our 2 families. Laura was available to answer every question I had and was very helpful. The pick up and drop-off of our keys was so easy, as their office is right in the middle of town. We had a wonderful week, and wish we had even stayed a few more days. Looking forward to next year!!

  The Best way to experience Breckenridge during the Holidays.

  If you're looking for the a ski vacation of a lifetime, you've found it here. The view from the condo is absolutely stunning. There were fireworks on New Years Eve that we watched from the balcony, beautiful. Location, Location, Location, need I say more. We were less than 50 yards from ski school, the lifts, 4 or more restaurants and dozens of shops. We parked our car in the heated garage when we arrived and didn't drive it again until the morning we left. We had 4 adults and kids ranging in age from 8 to 14. The children will say it's their favorite vacation yet. Ski Colorado vacation rentals was easy to work with on this Hoiday vacation.

  My best family vacation ever

  Our trip to Breckenridge in March 2011 was our best family vacation ever. We traveled with our two young children and my in-laws. The accomodations were perfect for our visit! With our convenient location, we were able to rent ski equipment on the bottom floor of our building. The ski school and one of the ski lifts were less than 50 yards from the front door of our building. A perfect location for access to beginner slopes (green). Access to difficult slopes was great also. Intermediate slopes were a little harder to get to from this location. In the condo, the kitchen was plenty large enough for the six of us who stayed there. The dining table was more than large enough to accomodate us. The living area was cozy and comfortable. The numerous balconies in our unit gave us a view of the slopes and the village. Everything was clean. To use the pool and hot tub required going to a different building, meaning we had to go outside or through the parking garage for a brief time, but it was well worth it, as the amenities available were well appointed. The elevator was a little slow. And, the check-in process could have been a little smoother. The unit we rented was not run by the company who manages most of the rest of the building, so finding our unit was a little difficult as it was not explained to us very clearly when we checked in. Also, where we supposed to park was a little confusing, as it was also not explained to us when we checked in. The few criticisms I have about our vacation experience are not enough to discourage me from using the same rental unit and rental company in the future.
