Hi Marissa,
We had a great time, loved the condo. The three levels were great for us, added some extra privacy for all. The heated garage was wonderful, great place for ski equipment over night. This was absolutely the best stocked condo we have experienced.
We are already planning a trip for next year and hope this condo will be available.

The place was great! We all really enjoyed it. It provided us all plenty of room to sleep and lounge after hitting the slopes. Everything we could have possibly needed or wanted was provided. Convenient location to the pool/hot tub, lifts, and town. Instructions were accurate and easy to follow. Over all very pleased with our stay and will be inquiring next year if we decide to return to Breck. Thanks!

My family just spent Christmas in this wonderful winterpoint home. I can't say enough about the location, the place itself and the owners. I will start with the owners...very helpful, courteous, answered all questions and the process of renting this place was smooth from start to finish. The place... gorgeous, updated, clean, had all the comforts of home and was one of the best places I have rented. The location... we stayed here for a week over Christmas and the purpose of this trip was a family getaway ski vacation. Perfect location to ski at Breck...walked less than a block to get on lift. We had purchased a Epic 7 day pass...so it was convenient less than a 45 minute drive to Vail and Beaver Creek. It is close to City Market to get supplies and groceries for the week. Less than a 3 block walk to all the ski shops and restaurants. We also took a day off from skiing and drove to Silverthorne and Dillon. Fun towns to do a little shopping and go see a movie. It was so nice to have a garage to pull in at night and keep the snow off the vehicle. If you get a chance to visit Breckenridge, rent this place with full confidence that your trip will be awesome and worry free. Thank you to the owners of this place...you did an amazing job to make our Christmas trip a trip to remember.

We really enjoyed out stay here in Breckenridge. The Town Home was newly renovated and is beautiful. The location is great all year round. We are runners/cyclists so we were up in the Summer. I can only imagine how nice it is in the Winter for skiing.

This home was very comfortable with all new amenities. It is centrally located to all downtown restaurants and shops. We did not stay during ski season, but this home is well suited to accommodate skiers. It is right on Four O'clock Run.

The townhome is in a great location. We have a 4 and 5 year old and it was easy to walk 2 block walk to downtown. The kids love the free Gondola ride and the Fun Park and we were able to walk to the Gondola as well. They also enjoyed the swimming pool and the playset that is at the end of the building. I also was able to run the trail along the river while they rode their bikes next to me. It was a lot of fun and we have some great memories.
Also, the townhome really is updated (unlike others we have stayed at that said they were updated but really were not that updated) and nothing was left undone. I have expensive taste and the finishes are beautifully done. -

Wow! This place has it all!! Granite, hardwoods, comfortable beds, amazing location. Walking distance to town, seconds from the lifts. The kitchen is fully stocked, even lots of wine glasses, etc. beautiful carpet, too! We can't wait to go back. Every season in Breckenridge has so much to offer!
