A charming 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo located at the south end of Breckenridge. Wake up to views of Pine trees from bedroom. The unit is decorated in a southwest motif in bedroom. It offers a full kitchen, LCD TV/DVD, WIFI, gas fireplace and in-unit washer/dryer.
Queen in bedroom and queen sofa sleeper in living room, sleeps 2-4 people.
There are limited mountain views from the deck and living room. Guests may ride the free shuttle to the lift and ski school on Peak 9 and to Main St. The shuttle stops at the entrance to the complex. Or, guests may walk about 4 blocks to the Peak 9 and Main St.

My experience from making my reservation, my check in to check out was great. Making the reservation with David was enjoyavble. He was courteous. I appreciate David being knowledgeable of the local BOEC Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center which I in was in town for to volenteer. The check in was prompt. The printed instructions for the TV, remotes, directions to the ski area, do's and dont's was excellent. The map to the rental unit was definitely a plus. For an out of towner, the twisting roads are confusing without a map. The pamplets, maps of the town and bus system were valuable. The check in was nice, not pushy. The offering of sundries that they offered were appreciated. And the check out was courteous. The renatl unit was exceptionally clean, nice lay out. The labeling of the drawers was also a plus. Roomy kitchen with large counter a plus while lighting in dining area a minus. Overall, spacious and comfortable for 1-2 people. Can walk to Quicksilver lift along marked paths. Bus stop a walk across the street.

Our stay was excellent! The condo was great and had everything we needed. The only problem we had at all was slow Internet service. Otherwise everything was fabulous!

As we shared in the hard copy survey, the property is poorly mainteined. The bathroom sink was clogged, one of two stove burners did not work and the internet access did not work. This all happenned in a matter of one week. The bedding, carpeting and pots and pens need to be replaced. There is barely enough of hot water for one shower.

This is a wonderful condo!! Great location, can walk anywhere or hop the free bus. i have been to Breck many times and stayed in more luxurious condos but they were not as cozy! it was comfortable, bright, and SPOTLESS!! Just can't beat the value of Asgard 602!

Unit was spotless. The office staff was quick with check-in and out and the owners have thought of everything you could possibly need. Downside is that the walls are paper thin with very loud neighbors, especially those above.

The one bedroom condo was huge..very clean and accommodating. The layout is great and the rooms are large!!! I will stay here again in the future. Recommend highly! The management was very helpful.. we booked for 2 nights but ended up staying 3. Rating 5 stars.. You won't be sorry you stayed here.
