Ft. Collins, CO, United StatesPerfect location to get to town
Left on 05/27/2013 for a stay in May 2013
Pros: the pool/hot tub/exercise room was fantastic; front desk was helpful; kitchen was functional & well equipped. Cons: The furniture was dated & dusty; the carpet could use a steam clean; the fireplace did not work; the bedroom was tight with unnecessary furniture & bulky lamps; patio furniture was dirty & unusable; the checkout process was very confusing. I would recommend to a friend, but mostly bc it is close to town & most time is spent outside walking around.

Tampa, FL, United StatesBreck Review
Left on 04/09/2013 for a stay in March 2013
My daughter and I stayed at River Mountain Lodge for Spring Break and overall it was worth the amount we paid. The units are individually owned so it's likely there are inconsistencies by unit. Ours worked out well with the exception of the electronics which were a challenge and somewhat outdated. The condition of the unit was "good," not off the charts but not bad by any means. The fitness center, while convenient was marginal at best and some equipment was broken. The water dispenser never had cups. These may be small issues but if I were the manager of a facility I would make sure such details were better attended to. Our key card worked sporadically and when I asked the front desk manager to assist she questioned whether I was doing it correctly which was annoying. The bar is a decent feature and the bartender was a treat (Bubba). The location is very convenient to everything.

Grand Junction, CO, United StatesAppartment a little to much furniture
Left on 09/22/2012 for a stay in September 2012
It was great, the appartment was overdosed with furnisher, not much wiggle room. But that was not a big deal. We let Debbie know and she was already aware of the situation but the experience was great, it was are second year in a row we stayed at this unit: Thanks so much.

The bedroom furniture was to big for the room and it was hard to get around in it.

Left on 03/11/2012 for a stay in March 2012
Great lodge and vomfortable room to return to at the end of the day. We walked everywhere in town And your warm car is in the garage if you are driving anywhere. Ski shop and liquor store next door. Comfortable cozy bar in the lobby and the most knowledgable local bartender with the best stories. Heated pool and indoor/outdoor hot tubs are great. Free DVD rentals. Minimal (5) but useful machines on workout room.

Left on 01/16/2012 for a stay in January 2012
All was good except for the free ski and stay package. Each guest was to receive a free night and 1 day free lift ticket. The free lift ticket was discounted from the normal cost, but was not a free day. Misrepresented by Summit, too bad. This was a disappointment.

Hugo, MNA little loud.
Left on 08/06/2011 for a stay in August 2011
We stayed at River Mountain Lodge for 4 nights in late July. Lots going on and a lot of people. We had a mountain view but the downside was that we were on a busy corner and had to cool down the condo as much as possible before going to bed and then close all the doors and windows because the traffic was so loud we could not sleep! It was too crowded between the table and the kitchen counter chairs but otherwise, a very nice place!

Having one more box fan for the unit would be helpful on warm days; all else was great!

Shawnee, KSoverall of condo
Left on 07/12/2009 for a stay in July 2009
The condo itself could use some updating, espically in the kitchen. There is no space for food. The toaster didn't work appropriatly and actually set off the fire alarm. The stove clock and both clocks on the wall did not work. Battery dead on the wall clocks. The 2nd bedroom could of used another fan. On a positive note...this condo is in an excellent location. Within walking distance to the town and to the pick up for the fun park. I would stay at this location, but rent through Resort Quest they are on site. Sorry, thought Summit rental was awesome, but this condo needs updating. Maybe summit rental has another condo with updating???

Left on 01/12/2009 for a stay in December 2008
We enjoyed our vacations both years and plan to return 2009! We truly enjoy everything from the location, personnel, cleanliness and Bubba to the town itself. My family cannot wait to return; possibly in the summer, also.
