Great location. Shows some wear and tear, but new carpet, granite countertops, and all the amenities. You can omit this: Front door threshold needs replacing/reworked, bathtubs need to be resurfaced and kitchen needs pot holders.

A charming unit with just enough room for a family of four with 2 little ones. We used the fireplace constantly. Perfect setup for a ski trip and even summer by the city.

Everything went so smoothly checking in after hours and checking out, the directions were clear and easy. The condo was in an amazing location, we were so happy with it! Very safe, clean and nice.

The unit was a little smaller than it appeared in the photos on your site. The living/dining & kitchen areas were a bit tight, especially no walking room when the hide-a-bed was opened. It was a good value, though, for me and 2 children. I would not recommend it for 2 couples! The outdoor hot tubs and pool were also nice, thought one of the hot tubs needed jet maintenance. This particular unit was a bit far from the elevators, though. Garage parking was a plus. Location with shuttle stop across the street was great!

River Mountain Lodge is directly across the street from the Four-O Clock run so you can ski back for lunch and at the end of your ski day. A shuttle bus runs every few minutes to take you to several lift options to start your day. Your skis are stored for you by helpful staff in the lobby area. There is ground level, inside parking for your vehicle. You are one block from Main Street and all the shops and restaurants. The condo kitchen is well stocked for cooking in. There is a washer and dryer so you can do all your laundry before returning home. The one bedroom is upstairs away from the main living area. There is a full bath on each level and a TV on each level. It is an end unit on the third floor and very quiet. There is a workout room with a hot tub, but there is also a hot tub located outside that seems to be popular. I have stayed in the unit multiple times and will continue to return. It is a clean,comfortable place for a great price in an excellent location.

Unit was very clean but extremely small and I requested a unit so I could look out to the mountains. I was assured it had a mountain view, but the only thing I saw was the units across the court yard. May go back to my usual place to stay at Pine Ridge.

Great little place! Nice decor, perfect location! Not the best mattress in the world, or blanket for the pull out couch, but both were sufficient. Could use a few games or puzzles for the kids; otherwise, the unit was well equipped and comfy. Summit Rental Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great location in Breck! Convenient to lift bus and ski-in (almost). This unit is well equipped. The bedroom is upstairs, and is closed off by wall and door from downstairs, so there is privacy and quiet in bedroom. King bed – OK condition but mattress and springs should be replaced sometime in 2011. Another needed upgrade: a 40” flat screen TV in living room. The present small old fashioned TV is inadequate. Overall, I would stay in this unit again.

we stayed in this exact property 3 summers ago. Well situated, clean and adequately appointed. A bit noisy, lacks nice view of mts, and king size bed is not very firm.
