Parkland, FloridaBest Vacation Experience!!
Left on 04/20/2013 for a stay in March 2013
From the moment we picked up our key in the office to opening the door to our cozy condo at the atrium our expereince could not have been more pleasant! Whatever we needed the office took care of immediately! The condo was very clean, well furnished, and had every possible item we needed in the kitchen. Fully stocked!! The atrium is a beautiful property, excellent location and we enjoyed the jacuzzi, used the grill outside and had a lot of fun on the sledding hill next door. Only thing missing was an elevator. Thank you!!!

Chisago Lakes, Mn.All that you need and nothing more.
Left on 03/29/2013 for a stay in March 2013
The condo was an easy walk to downtown and the bus service to the Gondola or base was effcient. The hottub was too hot (105+) we just left the cover off for awhile before getting in. We couldn't get the gas grill outside to light which was a bummer. Everything else was fine.

Washington, DCIt was very nice!
Left on 01/21/2012 for a stay in December 2011
We really liked staying at this condo! It was very cozy and clean. The shuttle stop is right in front of the building. It's also a walking distance to the Main street with its restaurants,bars,shops,etc.- very convenient! We didn't have any problems getting around.
I would also mention the walls are pretty thin. Whenever our neighbors were using the bathrooms, the sound of water was very loud. We weren't in the room during the day and could only hear it in the evening and at night a few times. It woke me up once. Other than that, it didn't bother us too much.

Broomfield, COThe unit's beds were uncomfortable.
Left on 08/24/2011 for a stay in August 2011
The building is old and needs renovation. The carpet in the hallways and near the doors is gross.
The unit was ok. -

Center Point, Texascomfortable accommodations with great location
Left on 08/17/2011 for a stay in July 2011
Our condo at the atrium was spacious and well-equipped. We were two blocks from main street and could easily walk to restaurants and shops. The side streets provided easy walking for exercise and the neighborhood was quite pleasant. We didn't have a view, and we had challenges with the wifi. Otherwise it was perfect.

Washington, DCGood Value at a convienient location
Left on 02/02/2011 for a stay in January 2011
This rental met our expectations. It was clean, had 2 queen bed rooms and a nice living area / kitchen. The TVs are small, maybe less than 20" but that wasn't a concern for us. Its located right on the shuttle to the mountain or you can cut through using a staircase to walk down to main street. A minor gripe was that the heat was a bit overwhelming and the gas fireplace smelled like gas.

Annoyed
DenverThe condo was nice
Left on 08/26/2010 for a stay in August 2010
The condo was nice however the rental company used was not so much. The first night we experienced a loud argument in the unit above us around 2am. This went on for close to an hour which woke up everybody. Repeated calls to resolve the situation were ignored and voicemails not returned. The next afternoon the power in both bathrooms went out. Again calls to the rental company were ignored and voicemails not returned. Then when we missed the checkout deadline by about an hour my credit card was charged an extra day's stay. I will never use them again but the condo was nice.

ColoradoLovely, but Hot and Stuffy!
Left on 07/23/2010 for a stay in June 2010
We were satisfied with the atrium, it is a very nice place, and the unit we stayed in was very nice. I'm sure in the winter it would be just fine. However, in the summer it was stiflingly hot. You can't open the windows on the interior side of the unit, as they open to the even hotter atrium. Also, this unit does not have a pull-out couch as advertised. Just a regular couch and the two beds.
I have to say, our biggest complaint was with Breckenridge accomodations itself. We were charged extra for a locked bathroom door we had no idea was locked when we left. My toddler daughter had figured out how to lock this door, and we were able to unlock it using a simple fingernail file. Apparently, the company not only doesn't have a key to unlock this door, but their maintenance folks aren't the brightest, as they took the entire door off the hinges to remedy the problem. And we were charged for it, when a simple nail file could have solved it in 20 seconds.
Not pleased with this company, the unit itself is quite nice and comfortable, with the exception of the heat. -

Fort Collins, COGreat Location to Carter Park
Left on 07/22/2010 for a stay in July 2010
The set up of the atrium was a bit odd. The room #103 was great, the beds were uncomfortable but the couches were great. We had some younger adults who blasted their music till 4 am one night which didn't quite fit in with atmosphere of the 'Atrium'.
I got a great deal from www.vrbo.com, approximately 70% off per night! If I had to pay the full price, I would probably look elsewhere.
We really liked the location as we were close to the park and take our daughter to play. We never drove the entire time we were there, we walked every where which for us is a huge plus. -

Boulder, COBeautiful summer stay in Breckenridge
Left on 07/31/2009 for a stay in July 2009
The service we received from Breckenridge Accommodation was excellent! It
was easy to make the reservations and the people at the desk were friendly
and helpful!
The condo was walking distance to downtown on a quiet street. (very close to
Breckenridge Brewery!) and was very clean and comfortable (and I'm picky
about that kind of stuff!). We took advantage of the free DVD rentals and
enjoyed watching several.
The only thing that was a bit strange was the bedroom with the window into
the atrium. -

Our condo was well appointed. Everything you could need was there. there were some minor maintenance items. a running toilet that we shut off to get some sleep, patio door blinds that were less that workable, lights that wouldn't turn on, but overall, the cleanliness was great and we felt safe and enjoyed out stay.

The place was really nice and close to town. The gas fire place was really nice after being on the slopes all day.
