This condo was the dirtiest and grossest place I've ever stayed in Breck. The carpet was real dirty and the place is dated. They did a little remodeling recently, but didn't finish and so the place isn't very nice. The couch, blankets, and over all feeling was dirty. My wife insisted we go back home and not stay our 2nd or 3rd night. Yes, it was that bad. The managing company was very accomidating and made it right, but moving to a different condo mid vacation wasn't much fun. Read more
This gentleman saw the exact photos of the unit he did book. We were able to resolve his stay to his liking. He said thank you and he would not be negative and would use definitely use our company again for future trips.

Parking, location, room furnishings, and layout were all quite nice. However, the bedding (this includes bedroom and fold out sofa) were subpar at best. They were both very uncomfortable and made the overall experience less pleasant. The bathroom, especially the shower, in our unit was great.
Better signage and directions in elevators and cooridors would be a deffinate help.
The biggest surprise was when someone walked into the room about midnight while we were sleeping. A phone call from management explained a double booking of the room had occured. It still made for a very unsettled nights sleep.

Everything about this little condo was excellent! The location was perfect, (very
short walk to the lift and downtown) excellent amenities, very clean and
updated and great price. We were switched to this condo after our first one
(Columbine 207) was a disaster and couldn't have been more thrilled. The
staff was wonderful and I will request this unit next time we ski Breck !! This
unit made a good vacation great, you won't be dissatisfied !!

Myself and 3 other friends stayed in this unit for 4 days to enjoy some snowboarding. The check-in porcess was easy enough. We had to go to the management office located up the street but they had everything ready to go and took us less than 5 minutes (extra perk: discount card for some of the local bar/restaurants and free DVD rentals during our stay). The location of the condo cannot be beat! Right across from the base of Peak 9 (literally cross the street and get on the lifts). Great to have for a lunch break while your on the slopes. Also, pretty much right on main street which is great when you want to get some drinks or dinner. The building has underground parking and also has a ski rental shop and great mexican restaurant. The building doesn't have any fancy amentinites but does have elevator and jacuzzi. The unit itself is not very spacious (no formal dining room area) but it is in nice condition. Balcony has nice view of the mountain and the jacuzzi is literally outside of the front door. The mattress on the sofa bed definitely needs to be replaced but luckily they had a down pillowtop in the closet that you can use---otherwise we would have not been able to sleep on it.
Overally, not a many amaenities, but simple and to the point and great place to enjoy being on the mountain most of the time.

Great place to stay. Very close to slopes. Couldn't really get much better considering ski rental is below you and the best mexican restaurant is also below you. hottub is directly outside your door and bars and shopping are very close. Price was very reasonable.

The location is great. It was really easy to get to and from the slopes with the kids. It was also easy to walk to restaurants on Main Street. The property management company gave us plenty of extra towels.
