Great place for our spring break trip. My kids loved being right next to the sled hill at carter park. You couldn't stay closer to it. The location was great. It is seriously close to everything! We love to cook big meals and I was impressed with how the kitchen was stocked. Even had crock pots and a cheese grater. Lol! The living room was spacious and comfortable. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and could have had a few more people. I would definitely stay here again.

Being poor college students we were looking for a cheaper place to stay and came across this property managed by Breckenridge accommodations. There wasn't much written about it before but we didn't really care seeing that we planned on spend most of our days skiing anyways. Once we checked in and got to Forrest Haus we were amazed at how nice the place was for what we paid. We had a place to park in a garage as well as a wood burning fireplace stocked with wood, a set of 4 bunks as well as another room with a full sized bed, a full sized kitchen, and an awesome living room and set of couches. All in all it made coming home from skiing so much more enjoyable and saved us quite a bit of money due to the fact that we walked to a grocery store and bought groceries to cook dinner with. Just remember you need to check in at the main office before you make your way to the Forrest Haus.

Nice place to stay. Pool was not accessible from the location we were in. There supposidly is a pool and sauna area, however you evidently have to access it through the garages, and the garage area we parked it did not have access to the pool area, called several times and finally gave up, so i would not advise staying here and planning to use the pool. Also, its a good block and a half walk in ski boots to the bus system. Not easy to get there.

The condo is in a perfect location for shopping and even walking to the slopes.

Had a nice time in Breck. The condo was nice. Got a parking ticket for being in a handicap zone because the signs were so poorly understandable. This put a damper on the trip.

The Sauna and pool unfortnately were both closed due to a new state mandate that went into effect in Colorado. In order to comply with all the new codes the pool was forced to close for upgrades. The guests were offerd acess to another pool in the area.
The pool and hot tub are both in great working order! -

We all had a great time. It was nice to have things for the kids to do that were close by. (sledding hill, movies, pool) Even the sleeper sofa was OK.

Enough space. Walkable to town for nightlife, but not if bringing back groceries. Drove to the ski mountains, too far to walk. Never really went to the park,as it was mostly little children and their parents. The garage was nice to have when it snowed. Hot tub was no good, however, when we were there which was kind of an issue considering we were skiing every day.
