What Past Guests Are Saying
Great unit - great location
Unit 116 at Longbranch condos was the most fully furnished condo unit we have encountered (and we do a lot of timeshare and condo renting). The location of Longbranch is very central and close to several small markets and liquor stores.
Property Management Personnel Very Unprofessional
We stayed for 4 nights. This unit is directly next door to the management/maintenance unit. They live in that unit, apparently. They also have a small dog, which is relatively quiet until someone approaches the door.
The 2nd night, right around 5:30 a.m., we heard a loud banging coming from upstairs. It sounded like someone picking up a bed and slamming it on the ground every 20 mins or so. It shook the whole condo. By the 3rd night, that same sound started at the same time, but every 5-10 mins or so.
From what I gathered, it ended up being the pipes and they were shaking like that when people started taking showers. I guess they fixed it. But the maintenance people sat outside my window, chatting it up with the contractor and letting their dog bark from around 8 am until around 11:00 am. Just when I thought I was about to get a little more rest- there was some type of outside noise to wake me up. Oh, right, and some of the work they had to do was done right outside my window. No apologies. No refunds. My travel agency (VisitBreck) said they "couldn't ask" the owner of the condo for any type of refund since this was unpreventable (even though the noise had occured the night before) to a lesser degree.
Other than that, the condo was nice. 2nd bedroom is too small for the bed, though. I still don't know how they fit a king size in there.
Great vacation place to stay.
We really enjoyed the condo. It was very nice and comfortable.
Review for unit 116
Accommodations were outdated and inconvenient
This condo is pretty old. The kitchen appliances were limited and older, parking was limited and had to park in the church parking lot if we came back late at night. The unit was very inconvenient to get to from the street and the price was definitely not reasonable.
Although we arrived between 4-6pm, there was no one to check us in. We only received one key, which also made getting in and out of the unit inconvenient.
It was an ideal location with the amenities necessary for a perf
We stayed in Longbranch #216 because #116 had a mechanical issue when checked before our arrival. It was easy to check in. The home was well-furnished and clean. We were even able to watch the fireworks from our deck. The location was ideal for walking to whatever we needed. The pool was beautiful, but we were disappointed that the hot tub was closed. Next time we need to get away for a weekend, we definitely would come back here.

Unfortnatley the hot tub was forced closed due to a recent Colorado state mandate regarding pools & spas. The pool has now been upgraded to state code and is in great working condition!

Loved the location. There is a bus stop right outside the front door which makes it great for skiing, especially with small children. The accomodations were very nice and clean and had an open concept for entertaining. Also, a nice pool and hot tub. Unfortunately, I would never use Breckenridge Accomodations again, since the reservation center did make a mistake and chargered us an extra day. They would not correct the problem.
