Alright condo in a great location. There was some confusion with the booking as it wasn't the condo we thought we booked but we still had a good time. The condo was slightly dated but the kitchen was well equipt and had all the essentials.

My bridesmaids and I went here for the Bachelorette Party and had the best time. The lodge was a perfect location for the nightlife, shopping, and all the activities. It was also a great place to stay with the pool and hottub as well as just having great beds and plenty of room for 6 people.

The location of the Condo was great. The condo itself was fantastic. Nothing special but it was confortable and very accomodating. Everything we needed for a week of fun and relaxation in Breckenridge for our vacation, except...Peace and quiet. Arrived saturday, Monday morning awoke at 6:45. Barking fighting dogs outside our window. Monday morning7:00am awoke. Barking fighting dogs outside our window and 8:00am banging (construction) from apartment below us. Tuesday, 6:45 am barking dogs. 8:00am construction below us, Hot tub not heating up that evening. Wed. up at 7:00 dogs barking and construction noises Complained to management. Received call from Breckenridge accomodations late that afternoon (vmail) that the manager had promised to fix the hot tub and address the dogs if they could locate their owners. The construction was on a time deadline and could not be stopped. Called Breck sccomodations back Thurs. after being woken up at 7:00 barking dogs and 8:00 construction now above and below us sawing and hammering. Breck accomodations offered to move us to another apartment but we had already unpacked and it was mid day Thurs. we were to leave Sat morning. They did grant my request to have a late checkout at no charge. Friday 8:30 am very loud contruction above and below, no dog though. saturday, we got to sleep in woohoo 9:00 am construction above and below. recorded the hammering to play for breck accomodations to hear when we checked out. I think Breck accomodations was not at fault here. the condo management should have notified the co. to let them know the construction was happening. It is our fault for hoping it was only a day of construction not realizing it would be all week and should have complained sooner.
