Great place and great stay. Very nicely furnished, updated condo. We were looking for something quiet, comfortable and affordable and this place fit the bill. Older bed was a little uncomfortable and it needs some new pillows but this was a minor beef.

Powderhorn 302B was perfectly located. Loved being within walking distance to just about everything. The condo itself was beautifully
decorated and well equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Loved sitting on the balcony, the view was incredible! Booking through VisitBreck was a breeze and everyone I dealt with was wonderful! Can't wait to return!

Great unit overall! We lived in Breck for a few years so its always nice to come back! The unit was clean and spacious. The view is breathtaking! The only thing that needs to be changed is to install internet wifi and a blu-ray player. We could not use the "plug in" internet because we couldnt figure it out and called a number if we needed help and they couldn't figure it out as well. We brought blu-ray movies that we couldnt enjoy since the player was not blu-ray so that was disappointing. Other then those two gripes the unit is awesome!

The best part of Powderhorn 302B was opening the patio door and being greeted by the sound of the Blue River rushing down below...relaxing! The expresso machine and crock pot were also much appreciated. This was a well appointed condo for our family of 4. Beautifully updated with granite in kitchen/bathrooms and with new appliances! There were more than enough dishes, pots/pans, and drinking glasses...even if we decided not to run the dishwasher every day. As for location, downtown shopping and hiking were right outside the door. There was quick access to highway 9 for a drive to Mount Quandry for hiking a 14'er and to Buena Vista for white water rafting. Covered parking is available using your condo key! It took us a bit to figure out where the pool/hot tub and laundry areas were located so I would recommend providing this information inside the condo so guests can easily locate these amenities! I would also recommend the owners providing new pillows...the current ones seem well used. Otherwise, this is a beautiful place in an amazing location at a perfect price! I would definitely stay here again, if given the opportunity to visit Breckenridge, CO.

The photos are a true representation of the condo which is beautifully appointed and well outfitted with a beautifully updated kitchen and bathrooms. There is an ample selection of Dvds, CD,s videos and games to occupy you when you are not out enjoying the many options in Breck.Nestled in the tall pines and overlooking the Blue River, the sound of rushing water calms you and makes you feel like you are deep in the forest, but really only a short walk from town. We did not use the pool or hot tub, but they are a short walking distance.

Our visit to Breck over Spring Break was an awesome one. This condo was expertly decorated, superbly renovated and super comfortable for our family of 4! We love Powder Horn because of its proximity to the lifts as well as trails behind and easy walking access to town. Excellent place to stay!

The unit is very well put together and furnished. Very comfortable for our family of four. The stream views where absolutely gorgeous! The downsides are: no washers & dryer in the unit, no hot tub on premise (need to walk to community pool/hot tub) and lack of basic condiments in the kitchen.
We are sorry this guest had a hard time. WE want all of our guests to have the best stay possible. I have 3 resevations from December and no one with this name and no issues noted or complaints logged. If we are not told when guests are here of any issues or problems, we have no way to offer resolution. This unit is walking distance to the slopes and town and not remote at all so perhaps this is the wrong property? We do pride ourselves on offering excellent service and often receive compliments from our guests.
Breck in style

Powderhorn was a great location, beautiful views, clean condo, wonderfully stocked and beautiful accommodations!!! I have been to Breck several times, but stayed with family. We decided to rent this year and we were very pleased with our accommodations at the Powderhorn!!! I have told several people about it and plan to rent again!!

Unit was very nice - close to slopes and good indoor parking (but low ceiling). Nice view of river; not really a view of the mountain. Hot tub was accross the road. Not right there but not inconvenient at all. The rental comapany oversold the unith with items that it didn't have, and it was very aggrevating for the first three days trying to get this corrected, with them seemingly not knowing at all what the issue was or its status. However, after three days and continual prodding on our part, it was addressed and everyone was happy. We would certainly stay there again.

My family had a wonderful time. The accommodations were very nice. Everything was clean, orderly and the kitchen was well equipped for our needs. It was very close to the Peak 8 lift and made for easy access. The Powderhorn was very nicely located to downtown. All in all it was a very enjoyable vacation for our family.

The condo was comfortable, clean and a great place to vacation. We had a wonderful time!
Condo needed a hair dryer and a little more light in the bathrooms- but other than that it was terrific- I'd love to come back!

The three of us stayed in a 2 BR unit at Powderhorn. The location was great, withing easy walking distance of Quicksilver lift and Main St. Unit was completely furnished, not fancy, but comfortable and suitable for our needs. I would definitely stay there again.
Great home away from home. The view from the large picture window and from the quaint mini deck make you feel like you are in a cabin in the woods. Decorations, furnishings, and accessories were excellent.
Fantastic River View Within Walking Distance of Breckenridge

Exceptionally easy to arrange and we were not disappointed. Easy access to all of Breckenridge and drive to main whitewater rafting in Buena Vista. The home was well stocked with plenty of movies, kitchen gadgets and bathroom supplies. We felt right at home. Refrigerator, stove, bathrooms--everything was clean and neat. No complaints about this property.

We loved the trip and the city. Powderhorn was a great place w/ a great location close to everything. I would stay again. The only issue is that the website implied there was a washer/dryer inside each unit, but there was not. The unit said it would sleep 8 (we had 6), but there are barely enough towels, so washing has to be done every day in the quarter machine downstairs. I would recommend this place, just be aware of that. Bring your detergent.

We love Breckenridge in the summer for the combination of wild flowers and music and mountains. Powderhorn gives ready access to all three and adds well maintained. the wonderful sound of the water to the mix. Good sleeping! Nicely furnished,

Nice, spacious, clean unit (partially renovated/updated) that easily accommodated 4 adults. Drove to town but very close to base of mountain and an easy walk (carrying skis). When coming down in afternoon can ski even closer to unit so while not a ski-in, location very convenient. Minor maintenace need handled promptly. Signed up for mid-week cleaning that was skipped by the service, but managment co brought us fresh towels right away and refunded cleaning fee, so all was ok in the end.
