We have always had good experiences renting condos in Summit County. This time was no different. The only thing I would have liked more of would have been a greater variety of pans for cooking as we made nearly all our meals during our stay. The place was clean and well kept.

Great overall experience. Ski In/Walk Out is a stretch, however the personnal service from the free Visitbreck Shuttle was wonderful and got us everywhere we wanted to go.

The location of the property is great. Close to skiing and within a short walk to town. The rustic feel and decor was interesting and fun, but a little outdated.

The condo exceeded my expectations. It was large and fully furnished and outfitted. It was in a great location; right across from the free bus stop to the ski lift, and we could ski right back to the bus stop at the end of the day and walk across the street to the condo. The condo was also a short walk to downtown; only about a block. I would stay here again...wish I owned a place like this...

We had reservied a condo at Peak Eight. When we arrived to get our key, we found that our condo had water damage and could not be rented. The condo we were given in exchange was the one discribed. It was a great suprise, as we were able to walk to town, wade the creek, and be close to everything we wanted to do. The accomadations were better than reserved as everyone had their own bed. We were so comfortable. In the masterbed room we felt the mattress needed to replaced and in the kitchen we needed some kitchen utensils that we didn't have. Just basics such as a cookie sheet. We had no complaints, enjoyed our stay, and would stay their again, if back in the area. Thank you for making our stay in Breckenridge a very memorable time. The Bumgarners
