2 bedroom/2 bath, 1078 sq. ft. condominium located 1 block to Main Street and Shuttle and walking distance to Peak 9. It has a full kitchen, Fireplace, TV, VCR, charcoal grill and Stereo. There is a King-sized bed and twin bunk bed in the master bedroom, Queen-sized bed in the second bedroom and a Queen-sized sofa sleeper in living room. You also have Underground Parking for 1 Car Max and access to Columbine Clubhouse With Outdoor Pool and Hot Tubs. *NO SMOKING*

The unit's kitchen was well equiped and the bed's were very comfortable. There were 4 people in our group and we had more than adequate room in the unit. The walk to the lift & the walk to town was very managable.

Location, Location, Location!!
The location was awsome!!! Proably one block to most of the good bars in Breck, and about a block to the lift. The condo we stayed at was nice, the bathrooms had been recently renevated. The rest of the condo needed a little renevation but had everything you need, just wasn't real luxuruios. But for the price and how close we where to everything I would love to stay there again.
A downfall about this place is the hot tubs are not in the building and are about a 2 block walk to a building that has about 6 hot tubs where everyone around the area shares them. We wern't prepared to walk that far in the cold because we didn't know that they were that far. If you dressed better it wouldn't be a problem. We ran out in our suits and had to walk 2 blocks each way in them, which made for a little excitment!

Location is right, price is right and it suits a group!
We had to book this place the day of our trip and it was quite the find! Our group of 22 got cut to 4 due to weather and we had 12 hours to find a place. I found peak Peak Properties website, searched ski in/ski out and found Mountainwood (3)!
The kitchen is fully equipped, which was great for cooking meals in.
The bathrooms are recently updated and fabulous. The master bath room has a jacuzzi tub and a large walk in shower.
The 2 bedrooms feel pretty dated. They could use some upgrades.
Overall, it was a great place for ski in/ski out of peak 9 and walking distance to restaurants shops. If you are a person who will spend a lot of time relaxing in the condo - this place probably isn't for you. If you are going to ski all day, potentially have dinner in, go out again, (i.e there for the adventure)...this place is perfect for you.
The large indoor hot tub (short walk), parking space in the garage and elevator in the building are also a huge plus.

Our visit was enjoyable
The condo was nice, very close to lift 9 and shops. The only odd thing was that the master bedroom was very cold and the guest room was very hot. The temp control didn't seem to work properly in those two room. The other rooms reacted normally. The jet tub was a nice feature after a long day of skiing!
